Don t buy this kit

Bought their video door bell via Woucher Absolute rubbish If lucky it notifies of 1 motion in 3 It does not even send alerts for when the postman is 12 inches from the door putting something in the letterbox Spoke to customer services and followed all their advice with regard to humanoid detection and area of coverage etc Still no good I think the kit is just second rate Advice - Buy another make

It s Vanbar Direct that s to blame not Aiwit

I bought the Vanbar video doorbell in April 2021 I was guaranteed lifetime cloud storage but recently I ve been requested to pay for the cloud storage I ve been reading the customer review on trust pilot and it seems that everyone is blaming Aiwit for this just to be clear Vanbar direct and Aiwit are two separate companies Vanbar direct has stopped trading and Aiwit are a cloud storage service provider who have obviously not been paid by Vanbar direct so therefore they are trying to keep the service going by charging us a premium it s Vanbar direct and especially Amazon who need to be called out hear for this as we have all been misled Amazon have facilitated Vanbar and are complicit in misleading their customers

we have an eken doorbell camera and we used a 64gig card and have never had a problem with it in 2 years

I have had this device for over 6 months and had no problem I changed my WiFi router and wasn t sure how to change it through the app If anyone needs to know you press Me my device select device delete You then add device again to pair it with your phone

I bought my Nest doorbell operated by Aiwit over a year ago and I haven t had any of the problems other customers complain about The doorbell is fine I m able to communicate with callers at the door even when I m away I haven t been asked to pay any money aoart from the first of the device It connects with my wifi fine I see callers clearly on my iPhone I like my Best doorbell

I have had this camera for 2 weeks now I m very happy with it You have to subscribe to all camera door bells so I don t no why people are complaining about this one

Video doorbell quality is good Audio is fair App for it is simple to navigate I have been using for over six months and I still have my free three days of videos Plus you can download video to your phone within the free three days All in all a good cheap alternative to more expensive video doorbells that also charge to store on the cloud
