I purchased the solar camera and it

I purchased the solar camera and it takes forever to upload pictures and very often misses the days events Secondly good luck in finding a battery for it Impossible So my suggestion is to find a slightly more expensive brand of camera but in the end you ll be glad you did

Waste of money bought the Aiwit doorbell through

I bought the Aiwit doorbell through Groupon about 6 months ago It starts playing up when there is still about 40 battery left I live on my own so I was keen to have it for security reasons Imagine my alarm when it said there was somebody at the door at 1 05am I have it set to only detect human forms It is supposed to be rainproof but both times it went wrong was after heavy rain I was also annoyed that Aiwit now want me to pay for cloud storage I deliberately chose one that had no mention of a free period then I would need to start paying I waited for the Amazon Bank Holiday sale and have bought a Ring doorbell The Aiwit will be going in the bin

Had this doorbell for a while very disappointing 1st no free lifetime storage 2nd alerts come long after the activation I have a solid mesh network all lag is on their end 3rd sometimes they block days for no reason 4th playback of previous 7th day is lost at about 4pm and next 7th day added before your on that day Overall poor sound quality on playback 5th constant ads for subscription why would we upgrade to a bad service

I can t believe it I pushed a doorbell

I can t believe it I pushed a doorbell thinking I could use it for safety purposes it was great till you had to get iCloud to view my videos there is a lot of people who come and see from my premises so this doorbell has a lot of videos that I don t won t do it is pretty stupid to have to use iCloud for this

Bought this because it had 3 day free cloud storage But they have now cancelled it So to use it I now have to pay So the camera is now useless

Cant find an Owner s Manual or a Customer Service phone number anywhereal

All I got in this box was the doorbell and a set-up sheet but NO USER-OWNERS MANUAL The doorbell after having it for only a couple weeks works fine but when someone uses it get the doorbell ring fine I when I hit the App I can see them clearly but then panic because I don t know whuch button s to push to talk and no customer service no or Manual in the box IF someone has that phn or just knows which button to push for a quick conversion please let me know via a Review on this site if you can give me some useful info I was going to include my e m address but this site does not allow that I will check here in a couple of days Many thanks Marsh

Used to love it

Used to love it Had the doorbell for like a year or 2 now but suddenly you have to pay to see what the doorbell have recorded Never had to pay before Would have been nice with a notice before hand so i could have bought a different doorbell

I have two Aiwit security cameras

I have two Aiwit security cameras One with SD card is older and works great Very reliable The other has no card is 12 ft from my router and won t stay connected to the internet I have to reset it daily and is very unreliable Customer service is non responsive I m very frustrated with the newer unit and can t recommend this brand based on the lack of response after multiple attempts over several months
