Your representative Tishawna was so genuinely interested in helping me find a better alternative to my existing DSL service through Windstream that I was immediately comfortable discussing my concerns with her She was extraordinarily patient with my endless questions and understood quickly that I didn t want a contract but wanted flexibility I was lucky to have had her on the other end of the line and made my decision with confidence
