Regular servicing is a good idea

The engineer was very professional and thorough unfortunately I had to take the whole day of work and my appointment was his last whereby he showed up at 16 30 A complete waste of a day for me Give him credit he did say he was arriving between 3 and 4 but still a bit annoying for me as I got that information around midday

We were very pleased with the work

My tenant was pleased with service I was amused when the service engineer said it should serviced every year I told my tenant I had been paying a service charge for years but you couldn t be bothered to come

Excellent service but an 8am- 5pm slot is just silly

We were very pleased with the work carried out and engineer was most approachable However we were without heating for four days and if possible would have liked a better idea of the time to expect the engineer eg am pmUnfortunately although the boiler was serviced it is now not working once again As we don t have a selector button we can t reset Hopefully an engineer can call as soon as possible as we have no heating or hot water

No problems as expected

Robert was quick and thorough and polite The only thing dropping this score to a 4 is the fact that the appointment Alpha give you is a full day 8 am to 5 pm Robert did phone me 15 minutes before he arrived but come on Alpha this is 2024 No-one expects you to put a full day aside for a 20 minute appt anymore There are programmes that help your employees plot jobs so they can give an approximate ETA Even morning afternoon would be an improvement

The service visit went well the

We had been promised a call with eta but Karl just arrived That was only problem Karl was prompt did the service explained issues discussed any problems we had experienced and advised of likely work necessary at next service

Good and efficient service visit

The service visit went well the engineer phoned to confirm he was on his way However arranging my annual service visit was not straightforward I was not contacted by Alpha to book my service in May when it was due I should not have to contact Alpha 3 months later to be told I cannot book over the telephone and someone will call me back sometime Definitely not customer friendly The emphasis is on the customer to arrange the service visit which it shouldn t be

The engineer called prior to arrival He was friendly and carried out the service in a quick and efficient way He reminded me of some of the operating functions It would have been helpful if the office had texted me in morning to advise if the visit would be am or pm

Engineer was polite and efficient He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way It would be nice if the company would say if the engineer was coming in the morning or the afternoon

Scott was brillant at servicing our heating It s great to have someone that goes the extra mile for us evening setting the boilder we will saving money Sott wsa professional polite its not often to see someone who still enjoys there job these days Most appreciated

Annual Service

Karl your engineer arrived and carried out his service promptly He asked if we had any problems which I described He then advised me of potential problems the preventative action he had taken and what may be necessary at next service Only issue we had been promised a call with approximate eta but Karl just arrived This would have been useful as we had a minor issue which I would like to have been able to attend to Not a big problem
