Not fit for purpose Incredibly poor return policy A very very bad experience with a company that s just not that bothered If you buy a 4 seat sofa lounger you expect it to function as a 4 seat sofa lounger as that s what it is pretending to be but these ones won t Unless of course you expect it to compress until you are sitting 10 inches off the ground within 3-4 months The company website seems to think it will take a year but their special pellets don t last long The company knows it s a problem and asks you to accept it as normal even giving you some top up pellets when this happens for the first time but it will happen again and again over the life of your couch lounger as you will most likely be using it every day This will cost you 42 per bag and the 4 seater will use that up in one top up which you will probably need to do 3 times a year Misleading I think so Expensive and unreasonable upkeep I think so The company will say it is to be expected as it s soft furniture and not a couch sofa at all even though it is designed to do the same job It does not not even close I thought when I bought this their specially formulated filler was different than regular old foam pellets and it would work I was wrong There are 2 comfort modes super firm when new freshly topped up and floppy sitting near the floor difficult to stand up needing to kick and fluff it back up EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to sit on it after 3-4 months The return policy You have 2 weeks and it must not be used That s tricky when it s a 4 seat sofa lounger How is 2 weeks unused going to tell you how bad the filling is or how it will perform 3 months from then If I was using it outside of it s intended purpose I would understand a reluctance to refund but it does not do what it is designed to do It is not fit for purpose Consumer Protection and Trades Description will also be hearing from me as I feel they are getting this wrong The customer service team will write you nice reasonably toned emails BTW but at the end of the day you were a fool to have bought a product so unfit for its intended purpose and you should have realized this as soon as it arrived at your door certainly before the plastic wrap came off

Thought I had found the perfect bed for my dog but which was unfortunately out of stock So I called to find out when it was likely to be available and was told to email the address on the website OK Did that Three days later no response Called up and was again told to email in I didn t bother If its this hard to try to SPEND money with them I can only imagine what aftercare is like Oh wait I don t just need to read the other reviews for this company The business should at the very least train their staff to 1 Call potential customers back and2 Cross or Upsell if what the customer wants isn t available So basic

I bought the L shaped sofa ambient
I bought the L shaped sofa ambient lounge claim it was completely my order and not made up from cancelled orders or returns I disagree all components with different shapes and sizes and it looks like a dogs breakfast nothing like what is shown on there website It s lumpy bumpy and the most uncomfortable thing to sit on if you try lying down on it is uneven So between poor customer service plus misleading information on website about comfort design I have had to cancel all visitors as I would be ashamed to have any visitors attempt to sit on this nasty piece if furniture that I regret deeply in buying false advertising on comfort made to order not in my case If this was tested prior to being dispatched there is no way the a reputable company would have allowed the sofa to be dispatched in this way The company have removed any way to write comments on both Facebook and Instagram plus members of their own staff have written reviews here on trust pilot which I find rather alarming Update 22nd July 2023 They have refused point blank to communicate with me blocked me on Instagram and Facebook they are not a company to be trusted as I have pointed out to them UNDER the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 which they have violated by not responding or rectifying my issues as the sofa was not as described or fit for purpose they sent me filling to resolve the issues - sign of guilt of failure at there end to sending out damaged items 2 inner sections with holes in no wonder it is not comfortable I am pursuing them via legal means so as well as value of item compensation and legal fees will also apply so my advice is do not shop with them

This company has the worst customer
This company has the worst customer service They agreed to partner with us as an influencer and we asked for a medium pet bed for our small dogs They said ok and then sent us a large pet bed I asked if this was an accident and they said no and refused to send me the medium size we agreed on Then they said they wanted to end the partnership and take The bed back After I asked again to exchange it they blocked me on Instagram They didn t listen to the size I asked for and decided on their own

this is a bad company for customer service the low life clowns that they use as a courier dpd are even worse I have waited 3 days and no delivery although it is promised I am going to take legal advice soonest

Awful quality
I purchased the large dog bed from ambient lounge uk My dog managed to tear the cover on first use it tore at the seam and my dog ingested loads of the bean bag filling Their customer service was awful refusing to acknowledge that it wasnt faulty if it could tear on first use it was either terrible quality or faulty they offered a second bed cover at 50 of price still 100 and a list of suggestions for dealing with a dog that tries to chew something Refused point blank to take the bed back or refund me even though it was within their 14 day refund policy as apparently only items that havent been unpacked put together or used can be refunded Dont bother with this company absolutely awful in every way

I have had this dog bed just under 2
I have had this dog bed just under 2 year when the first cover zip broke xxl dog bed and now the second cover zip has broken It was bought for my hard working assistance dog The company have decided either I have broken the zip or my assistance dog has chewed it and offered a poor 20 off another bed cover why would I want 20 a cover that won t last these beds a aren t cheap and I would expect it to last Stay away and buy from someone else Custer service is diabolical

No money back guarantee dog won t use the bed
Whilst the product does appear to be sturdy it s unfortunate they don t offer a money back guarantee or something similar I bought this dog bed after extensive research and many good reviews I thought this was the one The dog won t even go near it we required an XXL as we have big boy we ve tried for a few weeks now and nothing he just won t use it I m now 243 down the drain which is rather disappointing

I have no issue with purchases I have made from Ambient Lounge However private messages sent from their social media account are quite disturbing Message was sent through to the head office but no acknowledgement and no apology was received Be very careful of any communication with this company

I am so pleased with my loungers They are gorgeous and super comfy They are such a big hit in my home I never get to sit on them My children have claimed them for watching movies and gaming Everyone that comes to our home asks where they are from I can t wait to use them in the garden Great buy
