I was very impressed with my consultation with Caroline at Enfield Branch Not only was she professional and friendly but gave great attention to detail and made me feel at ease The trial period was a game changer needless to say I did purchase my hearing aids on a payment plan and am absolutely delighted it has changed my life I can hear Thank you so much Caroline and look forward to our regular meetings in future Farah Enfield

What s not to like

I was given a quick thorough and efficient hearing assessment by your very personable practitioner I was dreading a hard sell but in fact he explained everything clearly and seemed delighted to tell me I have the hearing of a 40 year old Music to my 72 year old ears If things change i would return to Amplifon

Fantastic Service The appointment was an hour long but completely worth it They took the time to explain some many things about my hearing system They also gave me wonderful advice to protect my ears

I took my mum to Amplifon Maidenhead after many years of her saying she didn t need hearing aids what an amazing experience Jayen explained everything to my mum no hard sell made the tests fun a trial period and follow up checks along the way It has transformed my mum s life We can now have a conversation with her without her guessing what we d said She can hear the tv without it being on 92 and hear the birds singing in the garden It has transformed our time spent with her too Superb customer service Above and beyond Great communication from Jayen and Ally Totally recommend them
