A magazine advertisement featuring Simon West drew myattention to Amplifon and briefly explained the tests that could reveal the need for hearing assistance It became clear to me that my hearing was perhaps not asacute as it had once been Now approaching 86 years of ageI decided to call upon Amplifon there is a centre within easyreach and for them to provide a thorough hearing check Thisrevealed that my hearing could be greatly improved withAmplifon aids My husband of similar age also took advantageof a free check and was found to have no need of aids I was provided with suitably tuned aids for a period of twoweeks for trial purposes and decided to purchase them as aresult Now after a year of use I would be lost without them I receive a six monthly check up and benefit from any adjustmentsneeded Always treated with kindness and respect and have great confidencein the practitioner

The Audiologist Cheryl Vernon at Warrington was amazing with my 90 year old Father Very patient and courteous and nothing was too much trouble She explained everything that was happening and deserves to be congratulated on her expertise

As soon as we entered the Amplifon Sheffield office we were greeted with a warm smile from Wendy the receptionist And we soon discovered what gave her real job satisfaction making a genuine difference to peoples lives And Will the audiologist he was very gentle kind informative thoroughly professional and patient and I know my wife appreciated the print-outs from her test Overall she remains very satisfied with the whole experience not only about the obvious improvement in her hearing my wife is also very pleased about the product insurance and all the aftercare she ll now receive Not just a business from our experience well done Amplifon

Great customer service from Kevin at Amplifon Shrewsbury I had a thorough in depth hearing test and my results were explained to me clearly I was shown several hearing aid options and there was no hard sell from Kevin towards me I would recommend Amplithon to anyone looking to improve their hearing and Kevin is a real asset to the Shrewsbury branch

This company are disgraceful my hearing aids haven t worked for over two months nothing is being done to help me apparently they ve had my money so they don t care Jeanette Leighton
