Poor service - site shower IK Multimedia iRig stream in stock in April 2020 - it took prodding to get information out of them as to why it wasn t shipped and there were no updates It arrived nearly 4 months later

Shame really because when I was in store the staff seemed very helpful however over email correspondence their guitar tech doesn t seem to want to know or want any business I asked how much it would be to put the basic genuine fender parts together and he refused to give me a quote unless I bought the parts in On top of basically demanding I buy the extremely expensive neck out of price range I d appreciate if this service could be improved as I just wanted some help with my first partscaster but instead it feels like im getting turned away Sorry for this review but it s true If you want any work done on the guitar I d recommend guitar guitar in epsom

I bought 2 speakers from the company less than 14 days ago After deciding to exchange for larger speakers I was told there would be a 20 collection fee per speaker totalling 40Be aware they charge 20 per item

Received a Fender Player Plus Tele with a faulty nut and a faulty volume knob Clearly not checking guitars properly before dispatch Communications received were slow and patronising I ll not be using them again I really expected better

Guitar I ordered came with damage to the finish so I arranged a refund It took over a day to get a reply back despite getting replies within a couple hours in previous communication After the refund was initiated the person I was dealing with made multiple mistakes about the details the refund which I had to clarify Luckily the refund went through smoothly due to using Paypal Won t be ordering from them again

Bought an origin effects revival drive Supposed to be new Arrived looking very secondhand Wife phoned they were unconcerned and blamed the manufacturer could not offer a replacment so arranged return for refund The DPD tacking confirms they have had it for now 6 days and after three emails have only just refunded the money

I ordered a Van Weelden Royal Overdrive Pedal in April 2022 It was looking like delivery date would be sometime later maybe the Fall of 22 I was OK with that But since ordering in April 2022 I ve only received 2 unprompted updates I checked back monthly at first if anything - wanting acknowledgement of my order and that it s still being processed you know customer service After a few months they were less responsive Later in 2023 they responded essentially that they ll let me know if they hear something It sounded like stop bothering us

I recently ordered a very expensive guitar from Anderson s just short of 3k I was very disappointed that when the guitar arrived it fairly obviously had not been set up properly The strings clattered on the fret board with a lot of very obvious fret buzz When I have bought high end guitars from other online retailers they have been very well set up by the in-house techs and I have usually had a phone call from them after placing the order to ask how I want the guitar set It has never been an upcharge for this I ve otherwise found Anderson s good but this was the most significant purchase I have ever made from them and the experience really should be better I returned the guitar and spent a similar amount elsewhere I hope Anderson s take this feedback onboard They have a great range of instruments and are always very helpful when I ring them but they really need to delight customers more with this attention to detail which really should be par for the course

Returns service needs improving Bought a second hand guitar wireless system It didn t work so needed to return Item was a fairly small box Only return service is one where you have to set aside a whole day to stay at home for the 2 hour collection slot Understandable if it s a large guitar Please offer a parcel shop drop off return for small items Very poor for such a large company

I took the plunge and bought a digital piano package after much research When I had checked out an item in the package was out of stock with an expected arrival of 6 weeks afterwards No contact from Andertons for over a week so I emailed to ask when my order would be dispatched I was advised that as I had purchased through a finance package that I had to confirm if I wanted the package split - of course you d at least hope after placing a 600 order that the largest item would be with you within 6 weeks so I agreed 4 months later and I m still waiting for a stand a stand that Andertons are still taking pre-orders for Now expected in May 5 months after my initial order I needed this stand for workshops to be able to get a wheelchair under As it stands or doesn t I have a digital piano propped up on 2 side tables Andertons state they will contact you closer to expected arrival of products but they don t
