I ve been buying online from Andertons

I ve been buying online from Andertons for years and have visited the stored several times Prices are always competitive stock details are up to date and service is has always been first class Delivery is always quick and I ve never had an issue with any of the items I ve ordered online or bought in store

Flawless process

Last thursday I ordered a great guitar from Andertons They held a summer sale and had a fantastic guitar-i was looking for-deal As the UK is now not in the EU anymore and they send out worldwide UK VAT is extracted and I had to pay Dutch BTW VAT trough DHL Express The whole proces went flawless A Hassle-free process with lots of updates trough email online i did nt expect it would go that easy Within 5 days the weekend was in between I am now playing on this great instrument and saved me 110 Euro s including transport and BTW If i had bought it here or in Germany The guitar arrived very well-packed and when unboxing it was in perfect almost tuned condition Will buy from them again I guess It was an exellent experience

A Shoutout to Andertons for Outstanding Support

I recently purchased a Fender Stratocaster but it arrived with a problem in the neck I reached out to customer support and was impressed by their quick and effective response They arranged for a repair at no additional cost and soon my guitar was fully functional again The customer service team was really understanding and helpful during the whole process I recommend Andertons for anyone looking to buy a musical instrument or equipment

I would highly recommend using Andertons

After watching the Captain I think it was Tennille reviewing the Marshall Code 50 amp on youtube well worth checking out their channel if you are thinking of buying I decided it was the amp for me So had a look around online for the best price and that was Andertons they even threw in a free footswitch for the amp Good price quick delivery arrived on time well packaged and smooth transaction Online shopping as it should be I would highly recommend using Andertons I know I will be using them again and I am sure it will be soon Thanks Andertons Music

Amazing Bought a TD-03 was the best price on the net - even on ebay Got free delivery which arrived the next morning and the packaging and cellotape was 100 recycable which I m also so grateful for A company who obviously cares to do well will definitely be buying from them again Cheers guys x

very patient and professional

after a war injury these guys were extremely patient with me i had to order but talking to the guys instore on the phone was a great help i gave them unnecessary grief but they were still polite respectful and full of good information not pushy just they have all the right answers i was worried about ordering online but the service with tracking for free was reassuring and now i have a beautiful wah pedal very helpful team always got time for you very quick to respond to emails highly recommended
