Top notch

As always Andertons never fail to disappoint If you need any musical instrument or accessory this is the place to go Service is top notch I got a pair of headphones with a synth and won a 909 day T-shirt I made the mistake of going to the big A for my Force don t be like me go to Andertons you won t regret it

Happy with the service

As a complete beginner I really liked the look of their East Coast L1 but was reluctant to spend 200 on a first guitar in case I don t stick with it I took a chance on a B stock one which was described as having a scratch on the back of the lower horn The mark is barely visible and I am so pleased with the item Payed for a Saturday delivery as I couldn t wait and DPD came through I wondered if it would come in the original box which it did and this was inside another sturdy box with good packing Surprised at how many negative reviews they have but it does appear that many are due to supplies not arriving to them when stated or by the sounds of things being damaged in transit

I ve been ordering from Andertons for many years even though I m overseas They have always provided top notch gear and service and Ive never been disappointed in any gear I ve received They have a great YouTube channel that demos much of the gear they sell It s excellent for seeing how the gear performs right outta the box making decisions easy There are some items you can not purchase from overseas but that s ok I purchase what I can and always get what I want

Been buying from Andertons for some time now ordering Behringer gear Just recently purchased Behringer Pro VS Mini JT-4000 from them Never had any issues with any of my orders or any delays been delivered the very next day with past or present orders Very happy with there service will be back for more from Andertons

Being of the older generation who doesn t do on line ordering l phoned the shop directly spoke to Gus who was very pleasant and helpful Received my order next day as promised with no problems To be able to talk to staff directly is a big bonus for me that is what you call customer service thanks

Having bought both a Behringer Edge and an Allen Heath CQ20B from them I can assure you of a professional service Well packed fast speedy deliveries and a good On-Line experience My bet is a visit to their store would prove to be just as professional Thank you Andertons

Awesome Experience

Ordered a guitar from Andertons and dealt with Paul in the Andertons guitar gallery via online meetings where he helped me to choose my perfect guitar Paul was so helpful at every step of the process and they sent me the guitar in super fast time I am really picky when it comes to weight neck profile etc on a guitar which wasnt cheap Paul measured every part of the neck for me to allow me to visualise the profiles on a couple of guitars without being able to get to the stop He really couldn t do enough for me and there wasn t anything which was too much trouble for him Also no pressure sales allowed me to take as much time as I wanted and had multiple calls to allow me to make the final decision Perfect experience buying my perfect guitar

Two Bose Units 15 Years Later It s Back to Andertons

Visited store looking for a replacement Bose Amp for my keys Salesman very helpful and also demonstrated EV Evolve 50M Finally chose the Evolve 50M over the Bose Nothing too much trouble Had a ferry booked for return home and purchase had to be delivered on the 12 30pm van from their warehouse No problem here and Andertons had arranged for my gear to be loaded last on the back on van brought straight into the shop Sure enough the driver appeared in the shop with my gear on a trolley Made the ferry home with time to spare Overall a good shopping experience supported by thoughtful and knowledgeable customer service in a beautifully presented and immaculately clean store

Bought a new casio privia home piano and a positive grid guitar amp from Andertons and couldn t be happier The order arrived quickly and in perfect condition Alex from customer services was very helpful when I called up with questions about my delivery I will definitely purchase from Andertons again the future
