Had a problem with a guitar that was delivered with some QC issues Quick service and no fuss free pick up and exchange with replacement delivered as return was picked up as opposed to the all too common return for refund buy a new one got the impression they are keen to look after customers and make sure they are happy with purchases

I ve been a customer for over 30 years and have always had great customer service experience In January I decided I wanted to buy a high end Martin and went to Andertons to try out a D28 and D35 Whilst I was there I was served by Chris T who was incredibly patient knowledge and helpful He suggested trying a D41 which I hadn t considered because of the price but there was one in an unusual colour Amber which had a substantial price reduction The D35 wasn t in store the first time I went and I wanted to try it to be sure I was buying the right guitar Chris let me put a refundable deposit on the D41 so I could return another day and try the D35 without potentially losing the D41 This gave me time to do my research on the D41 When I returned 2 weeks later Chris allowed me to try all 3 guitars out for ages to make sure I got the right one The D41 He also adjusted it until it was absolutely perfect for me I am totally delighted with my guitar and without Chris s knowledge and assistance I suspect I may have made the wrong choice Thanks Andertons and thanks to Chris T

Used them as my primary shop for music gear for a long time Knowledgeable staff and prompt deliveries They also helped me deal with a faulty unit with no hassle Immediately replaced it with a working model on the same day

wanted an eastcoast T1 thinline tele i wasn t sure about the colour to buy decided on the sunburst model i was so impressed that i also ordered the natural finish these guitars are nothing short of incredible at 139 build quality looks playability sound are superb both arrived well packaged with next day delivery

Purchased a B stock Roland duet piano bench the description of the minor faults with pictures was very accurate it was packaged well in original box and delivered on the day I selected on time this was my first order with Andertons and I cant fault the first class service
