We had booked tickets through their homepage which is the only way to do it but due to a death in our family we had to postpone the visit but not possible Since we had booked tickets on their website we could not postpone or get a refund for the already bought but not used ticket because its according the regulation Anne Frank House has nothing with human to do but is just a money machine based on a tragedy

Dont waste your money
We were excited to finally get tickets after always being sold out I honestly would NOT recommend really disappointing- the experience consists of standing in a long line of people waiting to walk into bare rooms with a couple of quotes painted on the walls accompanied by minimal photographs and mini films I can totally understand why you can t take any photos of the experience as you go around there is literally nothing to take photographs of We were fortunate to see a sink and a book case save your money visit IKEA
