Next day delivery - not next day

I ordered the item at 9 30am on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery Site stated that if ordered before 10am item would be delvered next day Item arrived some point after 9am on the Saturday I dont know the time as I left home at 9am to attend the event I had ordered the item for Had to purchase a similar item on way to the event I was going too Package when opened had no paperwork or returns info So have a item I no longer need and no info on how to return Can not comment on the product as its still in its packaging All I can say is I order a plain branded item and the one recieved has Sport branding on it
