Fantastic vets Currently treating my cat for a complicated condition and she is looked after amazingly They treat your pets with dignity and care and even when the worst happens they show compassion Having previously used a well known vet in Stirling and been not happy I can t stress enough how trustworthy caring and professional Apex vets are

Can t praise Kelly Vet enough She has such a lovely Caring patient nature with a very difficult Shihtzu and neurotic owner How she manages to deal with my wee monster really leaves me astounded The girls on reception are so lovely as well- calm and very helpful So happy with how everything went yesterday-certainly wouldn t hesitate to recommend Kelly and the team Very fair with the cost of our treatment too Thank you

Apex are always great at accommodating clients even at the last minute Reception are always nice on the phone and can t do anymore to help Annie is amazing and great at what she does always going the extra mile for her clients Thank you for your continued great service Would not want to register anywhere else Keep up the good work

Can t fault them

Have been using Apex for 4 years now Moved to the practice after becoming unsatisfied with previous vet Always available is needed Have their own out of hours meaning it s always one of the practice vets you get and your not diverted to a random animal hospital in Glasgow Couldn t be happier with the service I have recieved for my complex care elderly dog and cats All vets are kind and will explain everything to you Cheaper than previous vet too

5 star care for all

I m not even registered with the practice yet and I already have great things to say to friends and family I called today to enquire about moving vets as I am registered to another in the area but not happy with the treatment I have been given - I m sure my current vet practice don t even know my name I was answered promptly by a very lovely receptionist called Erin who instantly put me at ease chatted me through the process and helped me fill in the online registration form The conversation did not feel like I was wasting time and instead felt like someone genuinely cared about me and my pet I was even offered to set up payment directly with my insurance company to have it in place for my first appointment and when I explained that my cat was very scared of the vets I was offered many tips and advice on bringing him in I knew within the first 30 seconds of the phone call that I would be moving practices to apex I have heard lots of good things from friends and family as it is independent and have been told that they give extremely thorough care and I can t wait to come in for our first visit

I have been with Apex Vets since they first opened always receive first class service the majority of staff know my dogs by name they enjoy going to see the great toys treats on offer I mainly see Samuel Chloe who I can t recommend enough Gizmo Tyson look forward to their next scheduled visit
