Fantastic experience with this local company Were you able to supply a new Appliance at short notice including free delivery They were also able to recommend an appliance engineer to install the appliance for us within two dates of receipt of the Appliance Couldn t recommend them anymore Brilliant friendly team who got the extra mile

I wanted a particular oven which made it easier to look at different sites never used this firm before there prices were similar to other sites I contacted them could not be more helpful even completed five year guarantee Oven was delivered 3days later Well done

Simply Fantastic service all round

Firstly I looked across numerous sites for the best price on specific high brand goods and these guys were the most competitive Secondly and perhaps most importantly you can ring get through straight away and receive advice updates from people who are both professional and down to earth I thought I had an issue with an incorrect order turns out my own brain was the issue but they were ready to help and sort the problem - absolute game changer for me and I ll be looking no further when next purchasing appliances THANKS

Great customer service

This is now our third purchase from the Appliance Shop and we are very pleased with the choice of products the good website competitive prices and the fact that they can actually deliver the products when they say The ordering is easy online and the follow up and customer service from real people is absolutely excellent Despite us being around 300 miles away they are our go to appliance supplier The delivery guys and text and emails are great too

SUPER HEROES

We have used Appliance direct for many years and have always found them excellent Their prices choice of brands and models are really good Delivery is well organised quick and efficient Today though they reached new heights when my 6 week old washing machine became child locked I tried for an hour to deactivate it with manual to hand but no success 1 phone call to Appliance direct an email and another phone call and 2 knights in shining armour arrived on my doorstep Within 5 minutes the problem was solved and I now know what to do if it happens again That s service for you Thanks to everyone concerned I shall be recommending them to everyone
