Brilliant product and very good service would have got 5 stars if it he d been connected as paid for There was a very small leak on the pipe work that was easily rectified but delivery guy would not sort it Need to pop into the shop tomorrow to get my 10 back

Ordered a Bosch under counter fridge

Ordered a Bosch under counter fridge and freezer from ADM best price i could find communication regarding order and service received from start to delivery was great Would buy from them again Thanks ADM

Good Experience

Good Experience Attentive staff who are willing to help even when our original choice of a Zanussi washing machine was delayed and provided us with an alternative choice of a AEG machine My only criticism is that the delivery service should include an installation option which was recently not available

Faulty Stoves Cooker Jan 2020

Bought a Stoves Cooker Jan 2020 Faulty Long story short just taken delivery of a replacement Oct 2021 Not really Appliance Direct s fault Design defect Appliance Direct organised a replacement product and were helpful about delivery albeit delayed due to COVID Brexit etc they do however need a pneumatic plate to slide under heavy items for lifting and maneuvering as two men and some straps is not efficient or particularly safe It would also avoid dragging appliances over people s floors

Helpful adviser who gave good information on available gas hobs On previous trips items were on display and I was sorry I couldn t actually see the options Looking at them on line isn t quite as useful
