Bad customer service
I bought a washing machine that I waited happily for for two months By the time it had arrived I had forgotten that it states the machine has to be outside the building ready for collection I had paid extra for two men to collect the old machine unwrap new machine and put it in the room where it needed to be which was great as my husband has a slipped disc So in my head I was set up I received mails the day before to remind me I had to leave old machine outside disconnected but I I didn t read these mails till the morning when it was too late Also there were a lot of emails coming through from the company The delivery driver was incredibly unhelpful as he pointed to the water tap that hadn t been disconnected and yes I was angry without boring you with details both delivery drivers left without taking the old one away By the way you don t need two delivery drivers to deliver one machine I asked for the privilege as thought it was a good idea maybe if the machine went upstairs that would be different I asked customer service to come back and take old machine away but they would charge me 49 As the machine worked anyway I then asked them to collect new machine and take it away there was a cost of 49 Having said all this they do answer the phone quickly and they do phone you back quickly So I m now left with two machines in a room in the middle of the floor useless
