Delivery driver bad service
Very easy to deal with and competitively priced Received the initial email stating deliver date and info that we would be contacted the day before it was delivered with a time of delivery We did not receive the email with a delivery time and although I was at home the delivery was attempted at 13 00 I called the office and spoke to a very nice man who sorted the delivery to arrive soon after Now this is where things go wrong The older of the two delivery men was very nice and chatty the other one never spoke until he said I have to take your picture I said no thank you and he replied that if I didn t let him take my picture he would remove the dryer back to the shop I told him to help himself as I didn t want a photo taking thank you He said well i have too and continue to aim the camera at me He had taken photos of the dryer in situ I further refused He then called the office and asked me for identification Ok I was in my house and they had my money he said it was to stop fraud mmm I got my ID and showed him then he said this is not the same first name No it was my husband who paid for it Eventually he went away I think the company need to be careful Demanding photos and how they keep and store them Hope that all data protection requirements are in place So for me and a couple of other people previous reviews The delivery driver soured my experience with this company
