I recently purchased a Beko 8kg dryer for my daughter The dryer was a replacement for the one she had which had stopped working The communication with the appliance shop was good I was kept informed of delivery times and received a phone call when the delivery driver was en route I would certainly recommend the appliance shop

I had not previously dealt with Appliance Shop Some confusion on my part about the product ordered so I chose to cancel Spoke to customer services who did not make an issue about the cancellation and sorted my problem out with Neff I was then confident to reorder the product Excellent service Delivery was on time and delivered to the room of my choice Courteous delivery team

I ordered an integrated washing machine for next day delivery and the delivery guys were there At 8 30am the next morning Nice chaps pleasant and polite and took away my cardboard packaging also Wouldn t hesitate to use them again if I need anything in future

2nd time I have used applianceshop over the last few months and cannot fault their services Great Communication on delivery the evening before and in the day Delivery by Arrow xl was amazing and the 2 delivery men carried the appliances into the kitchen for me and took away my old appliance Prices are the best online by far Excellent all round

Just ordered a new dryer for my sister and made error on delivery address Then discovered the item was out of stock Alan assisted me and went above and beyond to remedy the situation he was very pleasant and professional and resolved my issues with ease Massive thanks to Alan for 5star customer service your boss should give you pay rise excellent customer service

My Hotpoint Tumble Dryer

My order couldn t be delivered immediately as stated on the website however they phoned me within minutes of me ordering to offer the next available date and everything ran smoothly from them I received updates on when to expect my order they arrived on time helped to unpack and instal it and took all the waste away Very happy with the service provided

I am so happy with my new washing machine fabulous programmes washing beautiful and so quiet on spin programme Very knowledgeable staff Great delivered and you can book bare appliances company to fit it for 60 The owner is fabulous
