The product was well priced and available for fast delivery much quicker than John Lewis Communication was good and it arrived in good shape and on time All in all I couldn t really fault the service

I was having a new kitchen fitted so I wanted a new Oven hob and microwave I knew which models I wanted and of course shopped around Appliance Shop Morecambe came in at the best price so I ordered the package The whole experience was easy however the hob was delayed by AEG so the customer service team called me and explained the situation they offered to send the oven and microwave which was fine The hob was then further delayed however the customer services team kept me up-to-date with where the order was and when I should expect it they apologise profusely which they didn t need to because it wasn t their fault It was the main supplier this issue eventually the parcel arrived on the day and the time by a really good carrier which makes all the difference I think you can judge a decent shop by the carrier they use This will be the first place I go if we ever need new appliances it s very rare You get good customer service and it s even rare to be kept up-to-date with ongoing orders so well done

We purchased AEG SensiDry Heat Pump tumble dryer a few weeks ago The order went through smoothly and the product was delivered within the time frame We re pleased with the purchase as it is an excellent product I hope this product will last as it s promised It came with the manufacture warranty of 2 years

If you cant ask for more it must be a five Bought on the website received a phone call to say appliance was out of stock but supply expected Monday for delivery Tuesday No catches or hidden charges and delivery driver was on time slot and satisfactory in all respects on Tuesday

I placed an order for a new tumble dryer on Saturday and got a call from the sales team on the Sunday to inform me that the dryer I had ordered was unfortunately out of stock and there was a 4 week lead time which was disappointing Despite the inconvenience the team offered me a selection of alternatives one being a superior AEG unit which they price matched which was excellent The team communications were polite efficient and professional I would totally recommend The Appliance Shop
