I urgently needed to find a hospital near me and set up my details registration processes the entire thing 1 call to April and was re-directed to Lily Kaekla Despite my concern sick kid she successfully calmed me down and very quickly settled everything I needed in a clear helpful understanding way I got to the hospital and was in and out in 1 5 hours something that typically took 6 hours I didn t need to pay - just had to show the insurance card to the hospital that Lily had helped me with All in all - excellent
