Worst customer service I ve ever experienced
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received - ever - from any service provider I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to contact someone 11 unanswered emails hours of time on hold and I have still not received one solitary email response I ve not had one single call answered nor callback received Two months ago I changed my car and policy and haven t recieved the new insurance disk for my new car And I have been trying every day since to contact someone to have the disk sent out It is simply incredible that a business could have such poor customer service It is entirely unacceptable for a business to be this difficult to get in contact with I 100 will not renew with Arachas - not even if they offered me a year of insurance for free Disgraceful customer service Zero stars
