Friendly but don t expect a call back
Very friendly and easy to deal with while they re on the phone They had my insurance info wrong for god knows how long so was technically driving illegally But they waived part of my insurance premium as compensation which was very appreciated Was waiting for a call back for 2 weeks I had made 4-5 calls during this time looking to fix the details and was told they ll call me back but never did 3 stars for this no call back reason otherwise it would be 5
