We have used Arachas for the last couple of years and I have found them to be very helpful Ollie Gorman goes above and beyond to support his clients and I wouldn t go anywhere else for our insurance requirements

I took out a new business car insurance policy and the experience was top class I dealt with Ciar n from the Waterford office and he was excellent to deal with It took 5 minutes for him to beat my current premium price and incept my policy I couldn t recommend Arachas enough Thank you

A great business broker they shop the market for us and always find good cover for us We have very specialist requirements and they alway find the solutions I often double check that they are delivering value with other insurers and they have yet to be beaten Great team to deal with too When we have had to make a claim they back and support us and its so important to me to know they are on our side

We have our business insurance through Arachas Quite frankly it is seamless anything we ask is completed in a timely manner the lady who we normally deal with goes above and beyond to either assist or find solutions I could not fault the service and competitiveness of this company

Marcis was very helpful

Marcis was very helpful Spent the time to go through all my policy options and ended up saving me close to 100 euros I ve not been very impressed with the customer support Arachas has given in the past but this gives me hope they are trying to improve
