Arachas Zurich Home Insurance

I have received the Arachas Zurich renewal Our policy has increased it from 480 to 780 That s 60 and a complete rip-off I am updating my review TBF Arachas Broker is very customer client friendly and wants to keep your business Arachas followed up with further courtesy calls and returned to the underwriter who agreed to reduce our premium by 80 Aracas is the broker and didn t raise our premium It s Zurich who doesn t seem to care whether business is retained or not and I ll be reviewing them next Thanks to Charlotte and Gavin You earned the 5 Stars

My Five stars go to Aine not Arachas Usually it takes forever to get to someone to answer a call Today was no exception about 15 minutes waiting this is quick by the way However today the assistance Aine provided was exceptional She is an example of how to deal with customers She was both knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to assist Thank you

I bought my first car a few months ago I called up Arachas and spoke to Anthony a team leader who made the insurance process so easy straight forward and got me a great quote I then dealt with Alexandra to complete the process Anthony and Alexandra are two fantastic insurance advisors extremely knowledgeable so friendly and super efficient I have recommended Arachas to my friends and family after thr fantastic experience I had Thanks a million
