Getting delivery on the furniture that I ordered was an absolute nightmare I waited nearly a year to get an order that cost a substantial amount of money Customer service was nonexistent Staff office skated an attempted to blame the victim at any interaction It took my executive assistant to go back nearly a year and cut and paste every email correspondence with them until they became serious about my complaint Ultimately they delivered by nearly a year late Buyer beware I would not use this company despite the quality of its furniture

The furniture is fine but the customer service and billing department is a joke I ordered 2 pieces online from their site gave my credit card number like any typical online purchase and Arhaus only charged me for 1 item I didn t realize this until a bill showed up from collections months later I was shocked and honestly thought it was a scam After calling Arhaus and spending about 3 hours making phone calls and being on hold I payed the amount owed I m still get letters and the nightmare has not gone away I m taking time again today to fix the mistake they originally made Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else because they quite literally don t know what their doing over there Waste of time

DONT BUY thes TELEGRAPH 4 Drawer FILE CABINETS The locks are CHEAP They FAIL and it takes a very long time to replace I had my taxes inside ledgers etc and could not access Had to xcl accountant and filed for an extension ready to hacksaw apart but they will not cover or return the item Awaiting replacements The Technician said it happens A lot with these locks Customer service was not empathetic to the severity For 1600 this should not happen Why have a secure File cabinet if you can t get in Failed design User s recommendation find a different product if you re spending that type of money

I purchased a lamp through Arhaus I need to return the lamp and no customer service rep seems to know how to accomplish this task After several emails and phone calls over a two-week period I still do not have a return label The package is sitting in the lobby of my building and it s become an eye sore Worst customer service I ve encountered

Buyer beware All you need to know about Arhaus awful customer service is detailed below The poor reviews detailed here are consistent with reviews found elsewhere online While my review is specific to the Boca Raton showroom it appears that there is a culture of poor customer service throughout the Arhaus organization The merchandise I have purchased from them to date has been fine but just know that your purchase may come at a cost in the form of a terrible sales experience When you call the phone in the Boca showroom just rings and rings and you re advised via recording that you will receive a callback which happens several hours later if at all The designers on staff are all sycophants with no decision-making authority All roads in Boca seem to lead back to one individual the visual designer who in my particular transaction couldn t manage to have a desk chair shipped from Ohio to Florida over the course of a three-month period My funds were held from October until the end of December and are currently pending refund as the chair is now out of production I don t know what s going on within the Arhaus corporate c-suites but the tone is always set at the top and there is clearly an issue here Stop with the untruths Work on your integrity Do better

Run don t walk away from Arhaus
Poor customer service Will string you along for months on delivery times with no end in sight and hold your 50 deposit hostage Have bought several pieces in the past but never again From looking at other recent reviews on various forums I m not alone

Absolutely horrible customer service
I have purchased furniture on 3 separate occasions from Arhaus and every single time I ve had problems with customer service they don t return calls they always tell you that you reached the wrong department they give you the runaround when returning something and tell you they have to get back to you I ve been trying to return a faulty Christmas tree and have called multiple times I m told that they have to get approval from the 3rd party vendor for the return WHAT I didn t purchase the tree from a 3rd party vendor I purchased it from Arhaus This is the 3rd time I ve called about this tree Nobody follows up as promised I will truly never order from them again 3 strikes you re out

DONT BUY FROM ARHAUS
Had problems with my order initially and once store manager Tracy got involved at Naples store it got straighten out however i tried calling her to explain my displease with some quality issues and was told to call concierge services They told me they dont cover surface issues are you kidding me I have received such wonderful back up from Crate and barrel when i order things from them and went to Arhaus thinking i was getting better quality Think again Bad experience all the way around

I do not recommend Arhaus I bought four counter stools that didn t fit correctly I immediately called them and was charged a restocking fee and another delivery fee to return them I ended paying them 700 to return the stools in less than 24 hours I wanted to buy different stools but was told that there would be another 299 dollar charge to purchase and deliver them Are they nuts They wouldn t budge and lost my business I am using RH now who are a pleasure to deal with and run a great business They are going out of their way to earn my business No restocking fees and a onetime delivery fee Do not shop at Arhaus very poor customer service

Poor quality and service
I purchased a garden stool in October of 2022 that was delivered in November Within a couple of months the item began peeling I contacted Arhaus service and discovered that the warranty was only thirty days I ordered two other similar stools from Pottery Barn at the same time that look like new on the same property This was my first and last Arhaus experience I should have looked here first but it was just a small purchase My quality and service experience has been much better at Williams Sonoma brands and CB2
