Booked 4 tyres on the Asda tyres web site with next day fitting Was already to go the next day when i got a call from the garage saying it cant be done today so had to book another appointment with the garage direct for 4 days time Not the garages fault who were very apologetic but they said it was Asdas fault as they should not have given next day appointments Very disappointed with this as i now have to take a day off work because of Asda s fault Will wait and see how the appointment goes next week and will update this as and when Disappointed in Asda so far

The first time I used ASDA tyres everything went well However the second time I arrived at my tyre fitting appointment made more than 2 weeks prior and without any advance warning my tyres hadn t arrived I am now having to chase for a refund and will go elsewhere

Fairlee Garage nor Asda contacted me to let me know only 3 of my 4 tyres were in so I wasted 2 hours of my time miles of diesel on a wasted appointment They were fitted the following day but the garage did not clean off any of the horrid mess left on my alloys why should I have to do that myself when I get home Very poor service

I have always had a good experience and bought from asda several times But this year they have let me I paid for wheel Alignment optional while booking tyres The fitting centre did it wrong then I had excuses from them and car still not right Asda ignoring me still Went and had tracking done elsewhere Would of been nice to get an answer or any kind of help but Asda answering other email and avoiding the issue

Selected tyres on the drive gave my address selected a tyre chose a time slot then get a booking confirmation that its an appointment at a garage - I cant get to a garage hence being on the tyres on the drive option Had to ring up lucky call centre wasnt a nightmare got through to a lovely lady who said oh this happens all time website defaults to a garage fitting if we have no mobile in your area but its not very clear - NOT CLEAR AT ALL If you know about this fix it Will never try to use again as now having to wait for refund and paid twice for tyre as had to order elsewhere

I thought I was getting a good price Despite their website claiming Fully fitted price and What you see is what you pay it most certainly is not Was charged an extra 20 on collection of the car for TPMS servicing which was not mentioned anywhere previously in any reasonably obvious place Asda say it s in their small print which in my opinion is not good enough

When I arrived for my original fitting the garage claimed to have no knowledge of my booking and said they hadn t received my tyres They also said they were too busy to fit them even if they had arrived I phoned the customer service team at Asda Tyres who confirmed 1 My booking had been confirmed to the fitter and 2 My tyres had been sent to the fitter earlier that day Eventually I had to re book with another fitter a couple of days latter causing me inconvenience and wasted time New fitter did a good job in the time agreed

Competitive prices with a great choice of tyres to choose from However its the THIRD time already that the tyre shop have called me after booking online through Asda that the tyres arent actually available on that day I often have had to wait another three days Booking system really needs to be fixed as its just not realistic at all

Used Asda tyres many times but poor service today Got to the garage to be told nothing has arrived Garage said only way to get them is ring asda tyres Phoned them to ask and said can t talk to you has to be your wife as it s in her name Data protection for two tyres Had to drive back 6 miles to get my wife to talk to them and get a refund then back to the garage and pay an extra 60 for there own ones to be fitted Wasted fuel time and money Won t be using them again

Having tried booking an MOT and having it cancelled by Asda saying the garage couldn t do it it became obvious they don t have real-time availability so I wasn t overly hopeful they would fulfil my tyre order The fact that their confirmation mail although giving a time slot for the booking said it would depend on how busy the garage was also didn t fill me with confidence In the end it worked out and the garage fitted the tyre which was a reasonable price - though not too sure how long the tyre will last Time will tell Bottom line is that Asda are just fronting lots of other garages so the delivery is in others hands They may well turn out better than my experience of Asda supermarkets Asda seem to be trying to get into all sorts these days Other than maybe getting a better price I am not sure why I would bother with Asda as a marketplace
