The site was easy to use but the payment section kept resetting to the initial point of the purchase However the tyres if they mirror the specifications on the site will be great and good value

2nd attempt at getting tyres fitted perfect1st attempt using F1 auto centres was terrible and Asda was bad too

The fitter they recommended replaced the wrong tyres meaning I still have to replace the others more Asda don t seem to think this is their problem Absolutely refusing to help in anyway Yet they re the one s I paid for the service Update Asda gave me my money back Wish they d just done that in the first place

No problems with the local tyre fitting shop excellent workmanship and fitted on time on 2 different purchases Only issue I have is with the supposed deal I was getting with purchasing 2 tyres on each occasion The Asda vouchers did not materialise after either purchase despite multiple attempts to contact There were other competitive deals at the time but the voucher swayed me towards Asda Do not be fooled by the promise of an in-store voucher

Bought 4 tyres and had them fitted at their recommended garage 5 weeks later 1 of the tyres split leaving me stranded at the side of the road Have enquired about a warranty claim as per the terms and conditions but both Asda and the garage are unwilling to investigate the tyre

Unbelievable Scam AVOID if you can I try to buy tyres from them They lure me with promises that could be fitted next day I put the tyres in the basket pres pay Revolut ask for permission I press yes kinda happy and then sorry your purchase not happening BUT they took the money now I have to wait till 23 12 to take my money back so I can go and change it somewhere else TERRIBLE that should be ILLEGAL I want refund immediately how disgusting you people be to do that Just because you are big company doesn t mean you can do whatever you want and to borrow money from me for your Christmas party Terrible just terrible P S After all they managed to go with the payment so my booking now says is available for tomorrow Let s see

After seeing their competitive pricing I thought I d give them a go I bought 4 tyres and arranged for them to be fitted 3 days later the website assured me that everything would be ready for the date time I selected I arrived 10 minutes before my booking to be told by my garage that the tyres had not arrived Frustrated after a 20 mile trip I called the customer service line and was greeted by Ruth who was friendly and apologetic and said she would do what she could to help the situation Apparently it was a failure by the 3rd party supplier who could only be contacted via email I got a call a few hours later from the garage saying the tyres had arrived then a call from Ruth to say the same and that I could have them fitted the next day I ve just got back from the garage with 4 decent tyres manufacturered less than 1 year ago fitted at a reasonable price so can t complain about that I wish I d spoken to one of my work colleagues first as it turns out he experienced the same last year I would ve liked to have seen some kind of compensation offered for the 2 journeys I had to make to have the tyres fitted which destroyed any discount I received vs a competitors price I m not sure I d use again

tyre prices good never receive the vouchers promised on the website second time this has happened submitted order confirmation and invoice to michelin the day after gift card not received chased this up email ignored

Cheap tyre service Certainly no extras very basic Not what was expected from the ASDA name - at least to have some guest amenities such as a waiting viewing area coffee machine toilets

Easy to order and priced competitively when taking the ASDA 20 voucher into account However now three months after fitting and despite having raised two ticket queries two emails to ASDA customer services and a phone call to them two weeks ago to be told they had a backlog of emails I am still awaiting the voucher To rub salt in the wound they continue to send new tyre voucher deals
