the only problem I have is the postage
the only problem I have is the postage times I can order on a Saturday morning and don t get my order until late wed and the postage is 17 50 for this slow service other than that its good

Better preparation before delivery required
I ordered one sheet of 12mm non slip flooring for next day delivery on a Friday before 12 00 I phoned up at 13 00 to find that it was not coming It was explained to me that Tuffnells was the delivery vehicle and that it was a fault on their part Ok so it was delivered on Monday instead When it came it had a fair old warp to it one corner protector was missing and it had been dragged across the floor on its edge I was disappointed as I thought it would have been better protected but I decided to use it anyway as I was going to reduce the size a bit so a lot of the warp would be lost It was also going to be a trailer floor so was going to be bolted down and sealed in anyway Whoever was at fault then they could have done much better

A good range of products and fast service but let down by a minimum delivery charge of 9 95 VAT Seems a lot to post two small bowden cables
