I ordered a new replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop as the original one had died Darren was helpful in answering the questions I had ahead of purchasing and sent me over the battery in good time Packaged well and securely in its proper Lenovo box and battery is brand new - really pleased with it and to be able to use my laptop again without total dependency on cable mains

I had ordered a couple of items from Athema that I had not received when expected so contacted the company The company have both a phone number and email for queries I spoke to Darren and followed up with an email Darren responded immediately and followed up with tracking the delivery He then advised me it was scheduled to arrive on the same day which it did Very happy to recommend and use again

Normally use our Distributors for items like this but came across Athema Services in a search and their price was miles better than my distributor price Also simple ordering process and perfect next day delivery Wouldnt hesitate to recommend

When my HP printer failed I wanted a replacement HP printer scanner ideally second hand I had TWO bad experiences with eBay one printer scanner arrived with the glass smashed a second printer scanner would only print not scan so I sent it back I changed tack and decided to try a company that specialised in selling refurbished printers After much discussion over my requirements and what was available Darren and Athema came up trumps with a beautiful HP Envy and even allowed me to return my first choice of printer when I realised it was just too big for my home environment my fault entirely for not checking the spec of the machine Clearly they take a lot of trouble to test everything thoroughly before shipping it out and my HP Envy arrived with the most elaborate and secure packaging - with both foam and bubble-wrap Set it up at home in a matter of minutes and I m delighted to have been able to buy something re-conditioned and not new

My HP Printer had become problematic in that on some pages the print was faded Having explained the problem to Darren who in turn sought the advice of an engineer I was given some advice which cured the problem and my printer is again printing beautifully I was totally impressed with the way Darren went above and beyond the call of duty when in reality he wasn t obliged to Wonderful Customer Service
