I had to replace my old Brother printer

I had to replace my old Brother printer and was advised the refurbished MCP 9330CDW used the same consumables which was brilliant as I had recently bought these I placed my order and the printer arrived in 7 days The printer was double boxed very well wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed air protective foam My email queries to Athema were answered really quickly I would recommend this company

Great Service

We needed some additional memory for our server and after a Google search came across Athema Their price was extremely competitive against other retailers which seemed to good to be true I e-mailed Athema to check they had physical stock which they did and received a response to my e-mail almost immediately Memory duly ordered delivered the next day delivery via courier and installed without any problems I then e-mailed for a VAT invoice which I received within 20 minutes Can t fault price or service and would definitely use again - happy to recommend to others

Great service speedy delivery

Great service speedy delivery and items as described Thanks One slight issue was the lack of email confirmation for the order or information about delivery updates It arrived very quickly but as this was a business purchase and we are based on a large Uni campus we weren t able to keep track as easily But this doesn t reduce the 5 stars

Fantastic from start to finish Great communication fast delivery and such a delight to deal with This was for a Rug Doctor purchase which the price was not to be beaten As I deal with countless suppliers daily putting faith into a company can be a rarity However Athema will most certainly be at the top of my list for cleaning machinery Well done Darren and thank-you so much for a pleasurable buying experience

Workshop Printer

Our printer is used in a workshop environment and consequently get a bit of hammer get dirty and so getting reconditioned or graded options is sensible for us Never been let down great communication and speedy delivery Can t ask for more Thank you Darren and team Dave Mellor Cycles Shrewsbury

A wonderful service

A wonderful professional friendly and efficient service from Darren and all at Athema The refurbished printer arrived safely on time and packaged with real care Communication with Darren was excellent and he kept me well informed of the progress of the order And the printer is working as good as new even though it is a rather ancient model All in all a really good experience dealing with this company

Purcsed a reRefurb Laser printerefurb colour laser printer

Purcsed a reefurb colour laser printer same mpde as the one I have so it was a reasomabl y easy exchange jut forgot how to cinfigure printer on trouter but easy switch to USB Printe was well secure in box wth ex panding foam padding
