HP LaserJet P2055dn refurbished

The received an invoice for the HP LaserJet printer I ordered very quickly and the printer itself was delivered in two days For some reason it went to an address a little down my road but I was alerted and managed to pick it up the same day The printer was very securely packaged and appears almost like new I received quick feedback on how to download a printer driver I needed and it is nicely set up So very happy with the service so far

Excellent

Excellent quick service but difficult to achieve minimum order level of 15 as part required to mend printer was only 9 95 Darren soon sorted things out and the 14 yr old HP printer is working like a dream again

Darren provided excellent customer service answered my initial phone query for a reconditioned Brother printer He then found a new HL-2240 in stock the last one This was supplied new at the same price I was originally quoted for reconditioned Excellent customer service I will definitely use Athema again

Very Helpful

I found Athema via Google while trying to source a new fuser unit to replace our one which had been damaged I found them to be very helpful in identifying the correct unit and replies to questions were prompt After deciding which unit was required ordering was easy and delivery very fast Highly recommended

Excellent customer service helped choose the right printer

Darren at Athema was really helpful when I needed a new printer I first chose a refurbished printer similar to my old one but that one failed to meet the QA test whereupon Darren channelled my search to the printer I purchased with which I am very pleased With this level of customer service I will happily used Athema again for anything printer related
