Recently had to reach out to see about getting my scope repaired under warranty My customer service representative Faris was exceptional in getting my warranty claim processed saving my hunting season that would of been ruined this year Simply the best interaction I have ever had with a customer service representative

Best customer service ever I purchased an ATN Thor 4 640 2 5-25 and needed to exercise the warranty on the product The customer service rep I talked with was very knowledgeable about my product and helped me figure out whether I could resolve the problem I was having or whether I needed to send it in for repair After a quick diagnostics I needed to send it in for repair The turn around was going to take up to 6 weeks but I found that not to be the case After 2 weeks I was contacted with the shipping information of my returning thermal scope Other obstacles arose on the return because I was out of town when the scope arrived and required a signature but with a call to ATN they took care of that as well Scope is working spectacular and I am elated at the service and communication levels of ATN and their support personnel I just wished that other company s out there would approach customer service with this level of commitment I will definitely buy from this company again

Atn x sight 4k pro

My Fiancee bought me a atn x sight 4k pro scope and when she gave me it I was so happy as I had been looking at these but the excitement quickly turned to disappointment as there was no scope mounts in the box But I contacted atneu customer service dept and I was lucky enough to be given a wonderful woman called Saffron who rmade sure she looked into everything even though I didn t have a lot of details as this was a present sh rectified my situation with complete satisfactionIf you ever have any problems with atn scopes please don t hesitate and contact the customer service dept as they will do all they can to help you Saffron at atneu was absolutely brilliant and atn need to reward this lady for her perfect customer service In fact every company should ask saffron how to do customer service as she is Fantastic at her job Well done Saffron and atneu

Awesome ATN X-Sight Pro nightvision

I purchased a factory refurbished ATN X-Sight Pro 3-14 and I am very pleased with the quality and abilities of the scope Easy to sight in and use I later bought the IR850 Pro and WOW enjoy it even more Love the app and the ability to see what is going on COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PURCHASE

Great scope for hunting hogs

I bought an ATN thermall ltscope for hunting hogs I m very pleased with my purchase Never have had any problems with it Recently I stripped one of my screws on the mount and I out and I called customer service service support I talked to Aaron Neofotistos He took care of everything Great product

Customer Service on Upgrade

Contacted ATN about there upgrade program When looking at it the program did not say anything about upgrading a gen1 x sight I reached out and Milen contacted me from ATN and gave me the info on how to go about upgrading my gen1 xsight I followed her instructions to locate the serial number and being a gen1 they were put on as a sticker not engraved in the scope We went back and forth trying all the ways to find it and in the end no luck with the serial number Milen emailed me everyday with updates on how to upgrade it I was able to get an upgrade and get some money off of the new one I am more than happy with the world class service Milen gave me through the process Thank you Milen for your help through the process I am a customer for life because of Milen Thabk You
