We have come to trust Auto Europe and as usual booking was simple and straightforward The insurance especially was clearly explained and we didn t feel that anything was being hidden from us The only annoying thing is the statement you always get saying book now because prices in xxxxx are going up Yeh yeh yeh Ha

I have used Auto Europe many times to book hire cars especially in the US and every time had an excellent experience The same is true on this occasion and the prices quoted were 200 less when I checked this time than another broker I have used in the past

Website simple to use with a good presentation of all of the car hire options All paperwork and information provided after booking has been very good Some time yet before I pick up the car so cannot comment on that experience

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service I accidentally booked a rental on the wrong island but even though it was after the cut-off date to amend the booking the company allowed me to cancel and rebook Great customer service they got back to me quickly and were extremely helpful and polite I wish all companies were like this
