Is it FULL CDW or not

Not over happy at the moment as although I paid a lot extra for the FULL CDW when we arrived at Athens airport the receptionist tried to demand an additional 300 off euros claiming we do not have FULL CDW I refused but am now wondering what I am insured for during our 14 day stay

Good search but beware insurance add on

Good search and easy to follow results of initial car hire request However the terms of their recommended add on insurance to cover excess charges are very poor compared to those available as a separate policy Unfortunately the small print on the add on insurance was not clearly available before confirming email came through

Icar rental 21-25 New York

I wanted to rent a car p u and drop off Manhattan NY but I could only rent a car p u at the airport and drop off Manhattan which incurred a one way fee Not at all satisfactory

Opening Hours Trapani airport

It would be helpful to be more clear that the Trapani airport office is open on Sunday all day I was only informed of this after completing booking hence why I am returning car a day earlier when i knew office open I have spent hours researching public transporton a Sunday and you have missed out on another days rent

Disappointed by the level of professionalism

I ve been renting cars through Autoeurope for many years but on this occasion they let me down They ve sent the wrong address of pick up when I got to the address there was a demolished building After many wasted hours of my holiday I managed to sort it directly with the rental company They moved from that address several months ago They showed me the correspondence between themselves and Autoeurope and showed me that they have sent the correct details for address It s a shame to be let down by a trusted company

After just 4 hours of booking a car

After just 4 hours of booking a car hire not until 8 days time I was asked to give feedback when I hadn t even picked up the car yet Please do not assume you can call customers by their first names I hate this American first name fake friendliness I think it s rude I prefer my title of Mr then my Surname The British way of politeness respect I may update this feedback review after my trip not before

You say you guarantee the lowest rate I have had to cancel and rebook this same car 4 different times as the price keeps going down It seems to me that you should have a mechanism to provide an adjustment to an existing booking automatically as the price goes down rather than having to refund my money and rebook each time by the way the price started at 800 and has gone down to 375 since the original booking

Confused with additional Info required

Pretty confusing as it asked for countries or states you will be visiting so we added all the US states however it then said our booking was on request and not confirmed Should I have not added in this info as I still don t have a confirmed booking despite you saying I do Confused Update a confirmation came through several days after making the reservation so all seems good now

Booked the car collection at the airport and had to walk outside in the rain with a baby to Europcar office

Charge to cancel

Easy company to deal with but don t like the option to cancel your future booking comes at a cost Should be free regardless say up to 7 days before collection
