I was fearful my Millie would not accept her new food There was absolutely no problem I mixed it with a bit of her canned food Hopefully she ll like the other variety ordered

Delivered to the front door Amazing how many times that doesn t happen I have a long driveway and often drivers choose to not make the trip it s about 400 ft and leave packages in random places Thanks for not doing that

I would rather have deliveries early in the morning as it will be handled and I won t have to worry about it all day if I leave before it is delivered

Box delivered with care

The gentleman who delivered the package handled it with care He didn t just drop the box on the ground as some people do Also because I was home when I opened the door he picked up the box and handed it to me I would have given him a tip but I thought I would be able to do it online

Driver went above beyond

The driver Jared tried to use the passcode for my apartment building but it didn t work So he called me to let me know I let him in and he was kind enough to bring the box to my apartment and put the heavy box on the counter which I really appreciate Very friendly and helpful

Easy fast delivery of my perishables They left our package by the front door and alerted us with a doorbell ring so the perishables wouldn t sit outside
