All good in the end

Long wait for the item in the end I emailed to find out what had happened to my order I quickly received an email back with an explanation though and the medication actually arrived sooner than the email indicated so all good in the end and I would happily use again

Managed to get products at reasonable price with low postage much cheaper than the company with the brown box with a smile on it They also arrived quickly Only down side was the website wasn t that user friendly when trying to navigate and did bring up items that weren t actually in stock just took a little longer to find products I was after

Always receive good service However on my latest order there were supply issues This wasn t communicated until I chased for an update several days later It doesn t put me off from ordering but if there s issues they should be open and transparent about them

Took a long time so I contacted YAP apparently they had some problems however they had made no effort to keep me updated until I complained Once I had made contact my medication arrived very promptly

Avoid this company like the plague I have entered a 4 star review in the hope that would be buyers were more likely to view this score However make sure you all read the 1 star reviews which will provide a more realistic picture of this company Virtually each and everyone of us has had exactly the same experience Money is taken but few of us ever receive the items They do not accept phone calls and email enquiries get an automated response which seldom if ever get resolved The latin phrase Caveat emptor is very appropriate for this company Let the buyer beware

I ordered few packs of vitamins which meant to be delivered between 2-5 days After 10 days I sent an enquiry to which I got a response that courier I think it was Amazon lost my parcel AYP asked me if I want refund or send new order I chose new order It arrived within 3 days through Royal Mail For that reason I give only 4 stars but overall I m happy with my order and quick response from AYP Healthcare It s definitely worth ordering from them than pay for an expensive prescription you get more for your money

They score would have been 5 for the product but they lost a star for having to chase up the delivery Ad ittedly they had advised there would be a delay and I chose to wait I felt that they then forgot about me
