HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 5 LED trees A 7ft 5ft and two 3ft gold LED fairy light tress warm light and a 6ft brown LED tree with multi colored bulbs The total to my order was 340 21 The order was placed on Nov 24 I received the order on November 26 I was super surprised that I received the order so fast So needless to say shipping was superb On November 27 I unpacked and put trees up My 7ft LED fairy light tree didn t light up to the top after connecting the top and bottom I phoned into customer service and spoke to Linda Linda said I needed to send a picture she sent an email and I was to reply to the email and attach the picture I immediately went to my computer saw the email replied with 3 photos Days went by I heard nothing On December 1 I resent email and asked for an update nothing all day On the evening of December 1 I decided to phone in I spoke to Marie She said there was no email and Marie sent an email that I was to attach a photo to While Marie was on the phone with me I sent the email with 3 photos Marie didn t receive it I then preceded to send photos from all 3 of my email addresses still nothing I then sent emails from all accounts without photos to see if they would get those nothing I then sent photos from my iphone nothing I sent email with photos from my iphone nothing I then asked if customer service was receiving emails from any customer Marie replied yes I asked what am I supposed to do Marie said they needed photo which I totally respect and understand but I was trying to figure out a way for them to see the 3 photos of my tree that is not working I mean I am certainly not a computer GURU but I know how to send emails everyone else is getting my emails google will certainly get this review with the photos of the tree that I will upload I am just stumped The trees are beautiful but it would be nice if ALL the trees I ordered worked Photos of my trees are posted on my google and yelp review of this business I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews customer service is horrible

WOW what a JOKE of a company
WOW what a JOKE of a company They claim they shipped my PRIORITY package and I have yet to get it after almost two weeks Ohh yah blame USPS and say sorry PI POOR customer service

Horrible customer service at Christmas
Horrible customer service at Christmas Lights Etc Bought 1 bulb before I made 10 bulb purchase They sent me a bulb that clearly is not what I ordered They even asked me to send a video of bulb Did that then they bounced me around 2 reps then all silent Guess they hoped Id go away Anyway cavaet emptor in play here Be careful dealing with these guys I should have ordered thru Amazon

Ordered lights in November Ordered the wrong size and reordered new ones Followed return instructions but still have not received the money and it is now January Have called them 3 times and chatted with them and each time they said they will take care of it DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

LED rope lights are junk save your money and buy somewhere else
I bought 300 plus of blue led rope lights They didn t even last for a year the rope lights all turned dark brown The lights won t illuminate through the dark brown discolored pvc coating Very poor quality of rope lights Truely disappointed with the LED rope lights after putting in the time to mount the rope lights perfectly under the sofit all the way around my house and garage Plus they weren t cheap By the way here is the description from the website and I quote Your lighting designs will stand the test of time when you opt for the long lasting weather resistant construction of commercial grade LED rope light spools 1 2 inch diameter rope light is extremely versatile So here are my final words You can sprinkle sugar on schit all day long and it doesn t make it candy It is still schit This is an honest review and I say it the way I see it Like it or not it s the truth plus I don t sugar coat schit because I m not Willy Wonka

Not shipping products as advertised
I placed an order from this company on 11 25 20 for Christmas lights that were supposed to be in stock I paid extra for USPS Priority Mail shipping and the shipment was supposed to arrive at my home on 11 30 20 As of 11 30 20 the tracking number still showed a pre shipment status indicating that a label has been generated but the item has not been received by the postal service I tried calling the company and received a blow-off recording telling me to use their online chat The person responding to the online chat stated that the order shipped on Friday 11 27 20 even though their e-mail claimed it was mailed on Wednesday I was told that the problem was with USPS and not them As of today 12 2 20 my tracking number still indicates that they have not provided this item to the USPS Searching reviews online I m discovering that this is a common occurrence Unfortunately I can t even reach anyone at the company to discuss it I may need to dispute the charge with my bank

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH really consider NOT using them I had a box unopened wanting to exchange and was denied stuck with product purchased 10-11-22 not received and it is now 11-20-22 purchased wrong size and they would not take them back BEWARE

Paid For Priority Not Received They Don t Care
I placed the order and paid 50 extra for Priority shipping The next day I received an email stating the order shipped 4 business days later and the order still did not leave the warehouse Instead of actually shipping it I found out when I called customer lack-of-support that the order was pulled the label printed thus generating a tracking number and waiting in the warehouse for 4 days and never shipped why the tracking number shows still in the warehouse She said the mail only picks up once a week and my order would go out on Friday though I placed it Monday Saturday I checked the tracking and it still never shipped Now a week has gone by and we never received an order we paid to have shipped faster and our family was disappointed for Thanksgiving even though we ordered plenty of time for delivery Truth is Christmas Lights ETC is a company that does not have USPS pick up daily They need to ship daily even if it means taking the packages to the post office themselves If you want my advice stick with Amazon Prime if you expect to get lights for Christmas

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered from this company and paid to expedite shipping The shipping date said Deliver November 28th My order sat in the warehouse until today Through live chat they have blamed the shipping company USPS No Buddy this is all on you You did not pull the order in a timely manner You can t blame USPS They did not have the order in hand yet Do not order from Christmas-Lights-Etc The supervisor is now saying that USPS did not pick up on Friday November 27th She threatened to hang up when she kept talking and I had to raise my voice to get my point across They are liars
