Don t purchase Absolute garbage

Rubber type When you read this description you expect to get an original type rubber pedal These are cheap hollow plastic garbage made in Taiwan Even the packaging says Rubber blocks for extra traction THEY ARE NOT RUBBER The plastic parts don t even rotate like the real ones I spent 20 00 for them and an additional 4700 to have them shipped to me expecting a real set of pedals I expect they may last 3 weeks before the brittle plastic breaks I want my money back

Wrong item recieved

Ordered 700c wheelset recieved 24 jump bike wheels requested a return and still going backwards and forwards in email trying to send back Wouldnt waste my time again with this website

They hide behind Amazon s 30 days returns policy

I bought a set of wheels from these people via Amazon I received the order on the 6th of March immediately put them on the receiving bike and now not even 2 months later the hub on the back wheel has completely snapped and they refuse to do anything about it I know bike wheels aren t built to last forever but two months of commuting Terrible Plus the bike wasn t used over the Easter holidays so we re looking at six weeks Very bad

The item came with inground dirt on the back of the electric horn and also rust marks on the front I purchased it for a gift and am unable to give it as a gift now as looks used

Disappointed with Lack of clear Return Policy

There is no specific return button on the website In the footer return button doesn t work I want to return a bike fork which is a wrong size and doesn t fit with my bike but there is no instruction about return on the website I would not recommend anyone this website I believe it s my right to return a product that doesn t fit or meet expectations

Over a week and nothing was done It all sounds like false promises like shipping and tracking information within two or three days but nothing is done even after calling by phone from Thailand

Paid for next day delivery and it didnt arrive till 4 days after I would like a refund of my postage fee It wasnt cheap and you let me down i needed it for then or i wouldn t have paid extra Also the tyres came pretzeled which i do to rubbish tires but not new ones youll bend the metal beading Just so you can save on delivery when Ive paid like 8 extra

Dodgy little outfit Bought something from there and items were so ancient that the plastic male parts had perished hence snapped on installation They completely ignored my reasonable requests to remedy Save yourself time and money and headache and buy from someone better You re welcome

The item didn t come when said I rang and sure to avoid waited some more still didn t come then I had to answer the question do you want us to resend Well yes of course as you have my money Came fairly quick 2and timeTried blaming royal mail for losing it I don t think it got sent

Fast responce but problem with deliverence

Fast response and delivery but some problem with the first shipping when the company that should deliver the item failed to notice me I got message from Bankrupt some weeks later that they got my item returned When i asked what company that shipped the item and how they should have noticed me they did not answer and claimed me for about 20 euros for new shipping This time it worked fine So have to pay 2 shipping without explanation did not make me happy
