I have paid 18 for Transportation for a item what has cost 12 And it has been one week and no good s has arrived So this my experience and this is how you are doing

Good delivery sturdy stabiliser but bolts not the correct size for the nuts frustrating luckily we got to a shop to get correct ones before they closed for weekend also needed extra washers as there is to much play on wheels when fitted

I don t receive my order as they said it was damaged so that did not send it out very disappointed mr Lawrence

The road tyers I purchased where not fit for purpose as they had gone gard and rotting perished

Technically not your fault but you do choose the courier service my package still hasn t arrived nearly 6 days after it was ordered

Have not received my item yet ordered 5 days ago I know covid or nurses to trains are to blame or what ever excuse you can make up

I received no information on my shipment Until i e-mailed BBP 2 days I havent received my package yet 5 days until now

Didn t get that about information about my bike part I m waiting still no information is it is shipped

The service provided by bankrupt bikeparts is great However their efforts are being undermined by the absolutely crappy royalmail so called delivery service - pathetic shambolic unreliable hopeless pizz-poor barly even begins to cover it

Order Two fully assembled 28 inch wheels with Westwood rims one front wheel and one rear wheel threaded to accept a freewheel and cog Likes Excellent transatlantic customer communications via email quick shipment Liked Not So Much 1 Box arrived much flattened from its orginal dimensions in an accordian-like state with the axles of the ordered wheels sticking out of both sides and taped over the wheels did not appear to be damaged in shipment I m pretty sure the shipper did this but you might have a word with them 2 However the inside rim of the front wheel appears to have been damaged at birth the weld joining the Westwood style rim is smooth on the outside i e the side contacting the brake pads but has a prominent ridge on the inside that might or might not interfere with the proper seating of the tire bead 3 What will undoubtedly interfere with the tire and tube is the rash of sharp granules and welding ka-ka technical term that covers about a third of the inside circumference of the rim on one side they were sharp enough to tear skin when I ran my finger around the inside of the rim I have tried grinding them down with various Dremel bits but it s slow going I will say that the product was accurately described during my pre-purchase communications non UK components assembled by you at your facility but still there should be some quality control eh I ll do some more grinding and I will try fitting it to my old Raleigh Tourist if I can get it to fit and it s reasonably round and reasonably true and doesn t chew up my tires and tubes I will count myself satisfied But try a little harder on the QC
