Plastic film was still on the interior parts I e the fans Microsoft windows activated as advertised it was not Had to get my old license from another pc The case was ot the one advertised But all in all a great pc for the price I paid

PC cant be faulted Easy to set up and runs well Only issue is the delay in sending the monitor Not completely the companies fault more down to DPD but better communication would help Would be 5 star otherwise

I wanted to give 5 stars to a young company doing many things right unfortunately a couple of niggles drop it to a 4 But lets get the positives first A good spec system for the price I considered self-building as I have done many times but it wasn t worth the hassle when Bedrock put together a good value package Absolutely no complaints there Plus as my last PC was almost 13 years old albeit with upgrades my knowledge if what works best with what is a little rusty So it made sense to go pre-built I ordered at a busy time black friday pre Christmas and the PC I ordered was delayed This I feel is a symptom of the current economic climate no company sits on surplus stock these days and the Just in Time model of delivery is severely strained - globally This sadly has the biggest effects on smaller companies reliant on supply chains Where some might have cancelled and refunded Bedrock did source replacement and upgraded parts to deliver a PC of improved specification Also and this is key not once did I have to chase them Bedrock were very proactive in keeping me updated with the delay and assured me that they would deliver before Christmas which they duly did I did have to reseat a motherboard heatsink which had become loosened in transit not the key processor heatsink amd whilst having the case open for this took the opportunity to pop in an additional SSD and HDD Taking the other side of the case off ro accomplish this it was clear that the system had been assembled in a bit of a rush to get a backlog of systems out in a limited time - cables stuffed in rather than routed neatly The overall experience if tbe company neads me to believe that more care would be taken in off-peak I plan to redo the connections and neaten things up inside but that is 100 me being finicky - a self build will ALWAYS be more fussy But importantly everything worked as expected Would I buy from them again Absolutely I would just probably time my purchase to avoid peak times - its clear that the people behind the brand do have a pride in their offering And an old fashioned personal touch which counts for a lot in these days of Amazon and other behemoths where the customer is just another order number

I bought a PC to run Zwift a cycling app Things didn t go entirely smoothly there were things missing from the build when it arrived but the response to getting things sorted was excellent and we got there after a few days I have an IT background and some admittedly out of date experience with PCs so not sure how it would have gone had I been a complete novice Bedrock s responsiveness has been great but I would have preferred it if the PC had arrived a couple of days later and been fully set up

Overall happy experience free upgrades due to shortage of stock well communicated Could do with a bit more attention to getting stuff out for delivery and the packing Would use again is the all important final word

Ordered 12 02 24 arrived 28 02 24 Communication was good and I was kept updated throughout Pc arrived this morning packaged well Owners manual is very helpful and helps with any small issues you may have me having lack of knowledge not an issue with the pc Thank you Looking forward to playing

Delivery was delayed but we got regular updates I wonder if it would be better if they just extended expected delivery on the website as it seems to be a regular thing We had a small problem with setting up the pc for game play as the wrong version of something had been put in It was resolved by the next evening but it was a stressful 24 hours wondering if we had ordered the wrong specs for the games we want to play All in all the guys are lovely and helpful and we got a really good pc for a fraction of the price of a new one

My son is really pleased with his computer package He did choose to upgrade the keyboard mouse and headset he sold the original set to a friend who was very happy and the computer was a little later than hoped But overall the team at Bedrock were super helpful and I would be happy to recommend them to a friend

Very easy to use website ordered extras on available PC by just ticking a box Waited a while for PC to arrive due to parts problems communication was poor but when emails answered they provided information Setting up was easy just followed the provided instructions Happy with PC

Following some issues with the desktop sent to us Charlie quickly remedied this issue by sending a new unit and no further issues were experienced He was available to answer all queries regarding set up My son loves it and has downloaded many games which work fine He is spending his summer holidays flying around the world on his flight simulator
