Very helpful but did take a little longer than advertised Due to sourcing issues i am still waiting for monitor Product was exactly what I needed and ran from the start superbly Apart from the delay all was good I would recommend supporting a homegrown business Happy to say monitor turned up just after writing review Grade A quality no scuffs or damage Had email from Charlie at Bedrock All good Quality and customer seller connection has changed review to 4

UPDATE Charlie arranged a collection of the original PC and sent a new one with upgrades for the hassle New PC works fine was sent very quickly and we now have one very happy boy Was kept updated via email and telephone once our emails were located Thank you Bought a gaming PC for our son opened it in November and checked it was working set it up ready for him for Christmas Day No issues Switch it on Christmas Day and it isn t working constantly cycles through the diagnostic blue screen It hasn t even been used yet Tried to follow their troubleshoot instructions but not the easiest document to understand Emailed them Christmas Day with the issue including video of the issue Charlie did respond and said someone would contact us on the 27th to resolve No one contacted us We emailed several times that day with no response my wife has now WhatsApped but they don t open weekends They are aware this was a present for our son and that he is very disappointed as I told them in the initial email Really not happy so far A PC shouldn t stop working when it hasn t even been used In response to your response the email was from Sarah and we emailed 3 times She also WhatsApped today You respond when given bad reviews but not to emails or messages No I didn t ring yesterday I am autistic and took your email that said I ll help you out tomorrow or the 27th with how to get this resolved that you would contact us I didn t realise we would have to chase to get help that we have notified you about You didn t respond Christmas Day you responded on Boxing Day which we do appreciate and have reflected in the review

The computer base unit and monitor are all fine and run very smoothly Delivery was fine overall An HDMI cable was not included with the PC monitor despite the graphics card interface only allowing for HDMI

Ordered a computer for my daughter s birthday Christmas present Communication was good through out the build keeping me up to date with how things were coming along Unfortunately and this is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars The computer looked to be damaged in transit However the team at Bedrock were quick to respond and assured me they would get this sorted which they did Sent out a new part which I was happy to replace myself as I have had some experience in building computers There was an option to send the whole lot back and have it all replaced but I opted to just do it myself as this was the quickest and most convenient for me Overall a good experience and my daughter is over the moon

Great communication right from point of ordering had to wait a while for the PC to arrive but I was in no hurry and they kept me informed the entire time Friendly and useful advice and my son is very happy with the specs and functionality of the PC

UPDATE After emails and a call from Charlie the owner I ve had the machine updated and assured delivery will be Saturday tomorrow so all depends on DPD Now Here s hoping all is goodAfter ordering a pc base unit was told the case is NOT the one advertised ok not fussed coz the case doesn t mean anything Yes ordered over Christmas period so expected to have a little delay but excuse after excuse and still no delivery

Bedrock was very helpful I wasn t sure which gaming computer to choose for my grandson who has complex needs it needed to be fast very responsive and no glitches they email me back on every question I had and there recommendation was brilliant when it arrived we set it up he was over the moon we had to wait couple extra days for the screen but hasn t been off it since they also sent instructions on how to set it up but was very easy I like that you can add updates to it as time goes on from them and there s always help from them when ever you need it absolutely brilliant one happy boy

Bedrock Computers are a small firm and it shows in their handling of customers needs I can t praise them enough Within a week of recieving my order I ordered another system for a friend the order was a few days late but they were in constant touch and upgraded items to compensate for the delay Keep up the good work and I wish you all the best for the future
