The team were great and the computer s spec is very good The prices are fantastic and I love that they use as much recycled stuff as they can Why bin perfectly functional kit if it can be reused I have dropped it two points because they had two issues with supply and postage as a result of supply problem I ordered in good time and expected the computer to turn up earlier than it did I am probably being too picky to be honest If you are not up against a deadline then I can t recommend them enough If you have a deadline then be wary The people are great and the computer is too it was just the getting it from order to my door took longer than it should have With it being late they added a bit more memory but I didn t have any need for that It s a very kind gesture but I would have preferred more RAM even if it was at the same cost off as the memory would have been I d buy again from them and recommend them I was just annoyed at the supply and sending

EDITED TO REFLECT POST BAD REVIEW UPDATE once I left a bad review I was contacted immediately The missing parts of the order followed a few days later on the new delivery date promised Set up was fine but unable to download games due to storage issues checked the tower and no evidence of 1TB hard drive Purchased an external hard drive from Currys and no further problems Charlie called and helped me with the headset So upgraded from 1 star to 3 which I think is fair Ordered a gaming pc bundle in good time for my son s birthday Initially quite happy with the updates but they seem to be sent to pacify until a few days pass and nothing has changed and I need to chase again Half of the order arrived after 2 weeks birthday missed No idea if it works as received an email advising of some issues with connecting to activation servers when finishing your PC Can t check as rest of order monitor keyboard etc hasn t been sent I ve asked for proof of postage but no reply Neither Charlie or Benedict ever answer the phone Real shame Reviews for this company are either amazing or terrible Excuses provided are the same as I see others reporting over the last couple of months I ve been polite and patient but feel like I m being ignored and lied to now Wish I had gone elsewhere

Computer arrived with screws left in case Not down to transport Now going to have to see if everything is screwed together No response from company Not happy I wasnt rude im the customer why do I feel like I am being reviewed you didnt responed initally and if i wanted to check ever screw in a system i would have built it my self

It s been over two weeks since I placed my order and still haven t received the product I ordered due to unforeseen issues but I have been well kept in the loop of issues

What was ordered was different vs what arrived on the day Order was changed in part due to unavailability of stock PC case Graphics Card CPU i5 instead of i7 An apology email was sent but not what I ordered Birthday present so no time to send back

Disappointed with the service received - have still to receive the keyboard and mouse and the monitor which was sent was covered in dust and stickers Have contacted them a number of times and when I eventually got a reply they promised a replacement monitor and the outstanding items however we re still waiting - this was meant to be a Xmas present Disappointed mum and son Edit - contact now received and problem resolved so review amended Thank you Charlie for the contact and the explanation

The only complaint was the delivery time Dispatch claimed 3 4 days but it wasn t delivered for 19 days When delivered though the small-form PC is very good and as expected I would recommend these guys despite the delivery time

Decided to support a small company with this purchase and they communicated frequently updating me on the order which was nice The computer itself is fine well packaged and ready to go once plugged in The downsides the computer took longer than the stated 3-4 business days to arrive and a part was changed for an alternative part I was only told this after it was shipped Lastly the monitor I ordered did not arrive with the computer so I had to purchase one from elsewhere The company did apologise and promised to refund

My PC from bedrock is finally set up and it s working well However there are number aspects in relation to my purchase from them that I m less than happy with For example my keyboard is faulty Due to the fact that I am a physical disability and it is logistically difficult for me to send packages back I ve decided to cut my losses and buy a wireless keyboard from Logitech When I receive my PC the stand will not the same as the monitor as well In my opinion Ben still has some way to go to provide a five star service

I paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days late I find it incredibly slow to down load games one game took 18hrs to down load so now scared to down load anything else incase the memory is full and have no space left
