The pc took longer to arrive but I was kept well informed of why and the progress and all queries were answered promptly I was given some upgrades on what I ordered due to the delay Being a oap and never ordering anything like this before the company were very good

Bedrock communicate with their customers extremely well They also do their damndest to ensure that the computer that you get is the computer that you wanted within your budget In my case I wanted an unusually large amount of RAM absolutely no flashy lights and access to USB ports on the front This is because my favourite game has the odd memory leak and benefits from as much RAM as you can give it I am autistic and cannot abide anything distracting like unecessary colourful flashing lights prevents me from focusing on my game and I am elderly and now well out of touch with the ins and outs of the latest tech despite having built PCs myself when I was younger Bedrock made sorting out the best PC possible within my budget and to meet my needs an absolute breeze They are friendly helpful and I was astonished at how quickly they go from order being placed to customer receiving order Both the computers I have bought from Bedrock have been stunning with performance I could not have afforded to buy new were delivered well and environmentally friendly packaged and look as good as new I have never been so impressed by a vendor before in my life I reccomend Bedrock without the slightest hesitation to my friends If I could give Bedrock a six star score I would

love my pc it runs so smoothly and works perfectly i am so happy with it the team are so so helpful there was a slight delay with my order which wasnt a problem for me but i was kept updated throughout the whole process when it arrived i had a slight display issue but i was sent instructions on how to fix it and everything is perfect now wonderful company i definitely recommend

I had a rocky start with Bedrock Computers and this was due more to mis-communication than a poor computer However after a discussion and some positive customer support and reassurance we moved forward at a pace They kept me informed made relevant suggestions based on our discussions and now have a Desk Top Computer that does Games everything I wanted it to do and more They are a small company and work hard with the customer I am therefore happy to fully recommend them Great quality build Thanks Nick Charlie and team
