Defective product and absolutely no customer service

I purchased a ts8000 to replace a 25 year old ts4000 The lower quality of the new item was immediately evident The ts4000 lite with 1 to 2 trigger pulls until it failed The ts8000 took at least 5 to more than 20 pulls of the trigger to light Sometimes it would not light at all But my main problem was the trigger lock did not work at all I made multiple attempts to contact customer support to see if they could help but I could not contact a live person The Bernzomatic AI customer support is totally useless It appears to be designed to prevent customers from contacting a live person I ended up returning the ts8000 and purchasing another brand which is so far working fine
