I ve wasted two weeks trying to set up

I ve wasted two weeks trying to set up an account with these crooks They keep asking for more identifying documents and then rejecting each one for idiotic reasons like a torn edge no I m not kidding Customer service is working against me instead of with me They now have more than enough documentation to steal my identity and I ve gotten NOTHING in return Apparently they can make more money selling my personal info than by providing a legitimate exchange service Scams like Binance always end in disaster for the scammers They can go straight to hell the sooner the better

Zero response to help requests

ZERO Stars - not 1 Support is completely non-existent I submitted a help request with one simple question But 5 WEEKS later still have received no response other than the initial auto-generated email stating Due to an influx of unexpected volume our response may be slightly delayed Slightly If more than 5 weeks is slightly delayed I d hate to find out what they consider to be an extremely long delay Very sketchy company as is now well-documented

EXPERIENCED CRYPTO TRADER WITH HONEST REVIEW

Experienced crypto trader here - Their US platform is difficult to navigate hard to get approved and once you do finally get approved to trade they will LOCK your account After locking your account they will make you take silly videos of yourself holding hand written notes During this time your life savings can vanish if a crypto tanks on a pump dump Not to mention you won t have access to your money I honestly would look elsewhere unless they get their act together Think of how much interest they can earn by holding customer funds even a WEEK longer than when you request them

Horrible in every way Terrible customer service They block withdrawals for no reason then threaten to take further action if you don t submit to invasive questions They encourage customers to use an anti-phishing code so all official emails can be verified yet send emails without this code requesting a Source of Wealth form with sensitive financial info they want uploaded to a Google Docs form If this isn t a total scam it s highly unprofessional Avoid at all costs

Binance us is the worst platform to use to trade cryptocurrencies This website stole my funds blocked my access to their online chat service to avoid answering me and blocked my whole account without any reason Stay away from this platform if you want to keep your funds safe Binance US agents are too rude and do not solve the issues I hope one day the federal system close this company and stop them from stealing people s money STAY AWAY FROM BINANCE us

Horrible support It s as if they know there s a problem with withdrawing funds that have been cleared but won t release them until you send them an email Then a couple days later they will respond to your email with a completely obvious rationalization and condescending answer By this time though the problem has been resolved They are condescending completely irrelevant and straight up lie to customers Absolutely atrocious company I would stay far away from them

Terrible They won t let you take your money out or withdraw or even trade if it s less than 20 dollars They are crooks Customer service absolutely sucks long wait times for unprofessional service AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE Literally choose any other service Trust wallet Coinbase or exodus are way better
