Recovered back your assets

My funds were frozen after a deposit because the company changed their terms. Withdrawals were denied for weeks. I finally recovered everything by contacting RETRIEVEXPRO at retrievexpro @ aol.com or on Telegram. Take this as a serious warning: avoid this company, and save RETRIEVEXPRO’s on google contact in case you’re targeted next.

I analyzed my nightmare as a three-stage failure: deposit acceptance, contractual bait-and-switch, and account restriction. Recovery was a separate stage with Řetrievexpro on Telegram.

Inept morons

They screwed up their plaid integration so the only option to hook up a bank account is through manual verification of microcharges Then I completed their advanced verification and their UI showed that I should be able to deposit up to 1M USD However I was unable to deposit even 40K in USD -- they were still enforcing a 1K USD deposit limit Their chat and customer support are unreachable I m no longer going to have anything to do with binance and neither should you

Hands down worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced Ask me to keep verifying documents and I submitted 8 documents haha They are scamming peoples information honestly I wholeheartedly believe the Chinese are stealing info because why would I need to keep providing info Drivers license front and back light bill bank statement ss electric bill insurance bill and also submitted mail in my name from credit card statements They are beyond horrible Locked my money out and still over a month haha just a scam

No customer service number The rep Travis - Team Lead is condescending and now ignoring my emails and won t close the ticket so I can contact them again hoping to reach a rep willing to compromise They won t even call from a blocked number to resolve an issue created by them Do not use this crypto exchange if you care about your investment

Horrific Customer Service

Terrible Has taken two weeks to Verify my Identity in which they blamed on a software update However Issue is still not fixed Still cannot trade in any manner They have now become unresponsive to the issue Almost in fear they just stole as much information of mine as possible Will definitely be updating my identity theft protocols

Missing 75 000 00 deposit wire transfer to Binance US

UPDATE My wire came through No communication updates or contact from Binance Just showed up after this and several other social media posts OP 75 000 00 wire transfer to Binance US not credited after 6 Days Yes seventy five thousand not hundred They claim 3 business days maximum for Wire Transfers to credit which is very slow I m currently at 6 days and can t get a single person from either Binance US or their Bank Signature Bank Prime Trust to respond to any concerns Again this is a confirmed wire transfer with a fully verified Binance US account done in person with a Tier 1 US bank with accompanying wire receipt

This is the worst exchange in the world I sent my USDT 5 figures in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out They blocked it for no reason I can t send it out Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24 E-mail gets an automatic response and NO ACTION When this saga is eventually resolved I will close the account for ever I m actually thinking of getting my lawyer involved if this is not resolved in one week

I ve wasted two weeks trying to set up an account with these crooks They keep asking for more identifying documents and then rejecting each one for idiotic reasons like a torn edge no I m not kidding Customer service is working against me instead of with me They now have more than enough documentation to steal my identity and I ve gotten NOTHING in return Apparently they can make more money selling my personal info than by providing a legitimate exchange service Scams like Binance always end in disaster for the scammers They can go straight to hell the sooner the better
