They screwed up their plaid integration so the only option to hook up a bank account is through manual verification of microcharges Then I completed their advanced verification and their UI showed that I should be able to deposit up to 1M USD However I was unable to deposit even 40K in USD -- they were still enforcing a 1K USD deposit limit Their chat and customer support are unreachable I m no longer going to have anything to do with binance and neither should you

Hands down worst customer service of any company I have ever experienced Ask me to keep verifying documents and I submitted 8 documents haha They are scamming peoples information honestly I wholeheartedly believe the Chinese are stealing info because why would I need to keep providing info Drivers license front and back light bill bank statement ss electric bill insurance bill and also submitted mail in my name from credit card statements They are beyond horrible Locked my money out and still over a month haha just a scam

UPDATE My wire came through No communication updates or contact from Binance Just showed up after this and several other social media posts OP 75 000 00 wire transfer to Binance US not credited after 6 Days Yes seventy five thousand not hundred They claim 3 business days maximum for Wire Transfers to credit which is very slow I m currently at 6 days and can t get a single person from either Binance US or their Bank Signature Bank Prime Trust to respond to any concerns Again this is a confirmed wire transfer with a fully verified Binance US account done in person with a Tier 1 US bank with accompanying wire receipt

This is the worst exchange in the world I sent my USDT 5 figures in Polygon format from my Ledger just to convert to ERC-20 and send out They blocked it for no reason I can t send it out Their online chat has been unresponsive for 24 E-mail gets an automatic response and NO ACTION When this saga is eventually resolved I will close the account for ever I m actually thinking of getting my lawyer involved if this is not resolved in one week
