BinanceUs just got a new CEO Brian Brooks He is actually working on some issues starting with customer service BinanceUs is one of the best platforms I have seen with so many things right but so many things wrong It would be a wonderful platform if their US app and website worked They have almost all of the features of their website and app turned off For instance to delete one open order you have to delete them all No profit and loss statements at all No way to convert crypto dust to BNB coin Alerts don t work When the market goes down on a dip you can t make a deposit And the list goes on and on If they just turned the features on the app and website on It would be a wonderful and the best platform around Oh and there is no way to contact them besides a ticket

its not so good if everyone complains about a particular issues and nothing is been done to corrected except we use external companies like KoinHuntas website before issues are resolved binance you cant just wake up and decide to block my account for no reason why they keeping telling me stories about verifying my income when did you guys become the governement

The app is crap The original is so much better I don t understand how they screwed up this one so much First of all the lag time costs people money Second of all assets are locked to the platform for ten days 10 days 10DAYS after a bank transfer That is Ludacris Coinbase let s you transfer funds immediately after deposit I won t be using binance anymore after I get my freaking money off of the platform I needed those coins to buy an nft I wanted Thanks binance You screwed me and I m sure countless more people by being greedy A holes You basically have my entire identity and the money is coming from a bank account how the hell could I possibly commit fraud It s moronical

They are useful for certain cryptos But they hold your money longer than it should The US system is much more limited than their other one and it s annoying I move money rather frequently between different accounts because I want to buy new crypto which is only offered to me thru Metamask or Trust Long story short I deposited several thousand a month ago and apparently I cannot transfer coins out of my account because I made a purchase If your money is being withdrawn and cleared you should be able to do whatever you want Btw they do give a warning about a 10 day clearing process Which is fine But they extend it further to leverage your money Also this week May 13th 2022 these exchanges have started announcing that they can use the public s money towards their bankruptcy If you re going to hold long always get a hard crypto wallet like Ledger
