I have not seen a worse platform I made the first deposit after a few hours my account was blocked contacted support provided all the information on request the answer to the mail did not come I do not have access to the account When contacting live chat I am simply blocked and funds are being held illegally I ask everyone who reads the review to be careful This is a scam My account is linked to this mail

DO NOT USE THEM These scumbags have over 52 offices They will keep your funds and not allow you to withdraw them They will take your money gladly however SCAMMERS

I only gave them 1 star because i had to otherwise they would get nothing DO NOT USE THIS BROKER THEY ARE THIEVES they are happy to take your money and not let you have it back Tic tok crusade to hurt this site as much as possible to ensue

I made a 7 300 00 wire deposit three days ago I sent a ticket asking what s going on with my deposit Since the funding had transferred from my bank They retuned an answer saying their ACH is slow because of the traffic This means they didn t read my email because I attached as they requested my wire info So I sent another ticket starting over I will not deposit another dime into this exchange until they have a MUCH better customer service system I never complain to much but please take note of my issue and don t let this be you UPDATE They finally came back and stated that I did not attach to the wire the Code or that possibly the Code was wrong So I then responded by attaching Binance US Code and a copy of my Bank Wire showing the Code was indeed correct Three Days later I finally received the funds in my account only after they stated they were sending the funds back to my bank What a run around I hope they get their Customer Care and efficiency ramped up took over a week to get a wire that many other exchanges take 20 minutes to complete I am going from 1 Star to 2 stars because I did get my money finally

While Binance had everything to be a great exchange their greed and market manipulation have sent them down the drain A shame

I had opened an account with Binance US and as per the requirements I provided my federally issued ID I received an automated reply that the ID was not accepted and that I would need to submit a federal ID which is what i had already submitted previously I contacted customer support to see about this figuring it was a simple error and the agent said to provide a federal ID when I explained to the agent that s precisely what i had already done and asked them to look into it and for further instructions they stopped responding At the time of this writing I had not received a reply I m not sure if I had been corresponding with a bot or with a person of limited ability But in either way I submitted the requested verification ID only to be repeatedly asked to resubmit the same thing It s clearly an error but the fact a simple issue as this cannot be resolved speaks to the likely competence of the whole

Binance used to be a good exchange but recent support issues and withdrawal problems have driven me away from it and they simply don t care enough to fix these issues

Would be a great exchange as the app seems well built but the downtime period is just too long and happens too often Made me lose a few deal and i m mad not gonna lie Might be just a personal bad experience and not the norm but it was my experience so i m sharing it
