We ordered a small buffet for our kitchen and when we put it together an entire leg had a huge chunk of wood missing I called and they told me to donate it We received the next one and the top had multiple scratches all over it and another chunk out and the had tried to wood fill it but it was a different color No more furniture from these people

I would rather spend 500 more for a product than to EVER purchase something from this company again Must have gone really downhill after being acquired by Wayfair Omg I got a bed and no hardware was included Didn t bother putting together yet Finally got the parts a weeks later and MORE MISSING PIECES are you joking me Now I have to wait until October absolutely not Check your boxes before sending this out You guys are a big joke Never again with any of your companies

Shady transaction
I spoke with someone on the phone and was told I would receive a 10 discount on a bedroom set but that she couldn t get her promo code to work so she would have her manager apply the discount retroactively A day later the discount still hadn t processed so I emailed asking about the discount only to be told they can not apply a discount I asked via email to receive a refund and I have not been issue a refund yet 48 hours later I am not happy with this transaction and we will not be using Birch Lane or Wayfair in the future

Ordered two nightstands
Ordered two nightstands Shipped immediately through FedEx which was great almost 2 weeks later it s still in furniture limbo After 7 calls and texts to Birch Lane NO HELP I have called FedEx no help Ive been thrown out to figure all this out on my own No reason for them to have customer service because they CANT CALL OUT to help find out what s going on Tell me to call FedEx or just keep waiting So I m stuck BirchLane has my money my furniture is out there somewhere and I have NOTHING I have reached out to FedEx 3 times with NO HELP Birch lane won t refund FedEx won t help me Birch Lane won t call FedEx Screwed up deal Won t give my hard earned money to these folks again

Terrible product never has been delivered but they nicked my account
Terrible they ve never delivered the sofa I ordered and have been promised delivery on several specific dates Went to cancel after 2 1 2 months and they say when I return it they will refund but are charging return shipping This is for something that I believe never has shipped I m reporting them to my bank and consumer fraud

I ordered a medicine cabinet mirror and never opened the box I requested to return the item after my installer advised the item would not work for me I was late in requesting the return outside of 30 days because I had come down with COVID just prior to the end of the return window and had about a 3 week recovery period They said no exceptions will not accept the return I even offered to send my test results Unbelievable

I m a pottery barn shopper 85-90 of my house furnishings is pottery barn and have never had this kinda problem in the 22yrs I ve shopped w them I Ordered a sofa on 9 5 22 from birch lane called co to ask why the invoice didn t reflect my payment 300 gift card and in paid full the remaining balance on invoice 9 12 22 after I called bc order was still showing pending I called to ask why the payment wasn t reflected on the invoice after I called they showed my payment as of 9 16 22 all was paid in full on 9 5 22 Sofa was supposed to be delivered on Oct 7th and now it s on back order till the 14th This is so lame I ll never order another thing

I tried to cancel an order less than 1 hour after placing it because the email order confirmation stated that the chair wouldn t be delivered until 4 months later I was told that they would try and that I would receive an email within 3 days I never received an email 1300 was charged to my credit card though and after further attempts to cancel this order I ve been told no And the chair is still showing expected delivery 4 months out IF you choose to do this business with this company read every single line of fine print before you hit the submit button They state everywhere on their site in large bold letters FREE EASY RETURNS Don t believe it

If I could leave zero stars I would First order sent out with an incorrect part Called to get a replacement Replacement was continually delayed then was notified they could not send it Then got a notice it was being sent - and it was still wrong Weeks after delivery and still don t have the correct order
